I repeated my order, a medium hot mocha, THREE TIMES, but they didn’t speak enough English to even understand what I was saying. They ended up giving me just a black coffee, which is not what I ordered, but I was in a hurry so I had to take it. You’d think that being one of the most popular coffee chains, along with being in an incredibly high traffic area, they would hire people who understood the language their customers speak.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been in. Donut Munchies were at least one day old and totally stale. Coffee tasted like it had no flavoring put in it even though I asked for extra. Staff was some of the rudest people I have ever met. I get they were busy but still not an excuse.

The only good thing is it’s timing. It open 24 hours. The bagel was old and they mast up the order and give me strawberry cream cheese with everything bagel but I ordered veggie cream cheese.

Stopped on 8/21/2023 There two women working not one person in line but us. We had to call for help after waiting quite awhile. Then after we got our food had to call for them to give us napkins. Very poor service!!!

We ordered two donuts, bacon sandwich, egg white bites, bagel bites, coffee and chai tea. The donuts are not good!!! We went up to the counter and the manager told us they don’t make the donuts there, they are delivered and not good! Apparently they get this complaint a lot. The service was amazing! They were so nice to us and the hot food they made us was delicious- the donuts NOT GOOD! The people were super nice though not their fault.

Fast service with just 1 person working. My drink was good and it was mostly what I ordered meaning the coffee bits were correct but it looked nothing like the picture. No whipped cream or Carmel. It’s possible they were out and I could have said something but i didn’t have time and wasn’t looking for conflict. I also realized being under staffed he didn’t need the extra stress. He was doing the best with what he could.
