They are understaffed. May not 100% be the locations fault, the workers just need to be paid fairly .
However, this past visit was among the worst. This location has been nice in the past, there’s been great employees but where are they?! I CANNOT BELIEVE I PAID FOR “DONUTS” that look like this!!!! The quality has gone downhill. Absolutely ridiculous…..
I might not give this place my business again and we almost every weekend have donuts and coffee from here.

Best tasting Dunkin Donuts around. In the morning, the line is super long so order in the app for a faster trip. After the morning rush, you can pretty much get in and out without too much of a wait. Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Got the $1 knotted apple pur special. It wasn’t even worth a dollar. It wasn’t cooked all the way to make crust crisp. It had burt eggs pieces on the bottom of it like they heated it up on a unclean surface. I had already left before opening the bag otherwise I would have gave it back.

This location is a true hit or miss. It’s mostly a miss. When you order your coffee a certain way, they make it their own way. Today was the last straw for me. I order my usual large iced coffee (5 vanilla swirls, 5 creams, and 4 liquid sugars) and a tomato, pesto, grilled cheese, add bacon. They got the coffee right but idk what in the world was going on with my sandwich. I got no pesto and no tomatoes but for some reason it look like they put egg on my sandwich. I am so disappointed. Oh and I did try to call them but no one picked up. The only reason why they got 2 starts from me is because they actually got my coffee right.

Nobody likes a burnt muffin! Just had someone pick up my on the go order only to find my orange cranberry muffin is burnt & not just a little, it’s so burnt I can taste the char, just awful! Then I try to call the store to complain & get an automated message saying they’re not available! And my coffee isn’t good either! This Dunkin is hit or miss but lately it’s mostly a miss! Spent too much just to throw it all away!! I’ll go to McDonald’s next time!! I’m done with the Richton Park Dunkin!!

It’s hit or miss here. My order is messed up often, which slows me down waiting on corrections. They don’t support appreciation days at this location (ex: Nurses Week or Teachers Week) Looks adequately staffed, but, perhaps not, as there is always a line wrapped around. The donuts are fresh, when I purchased. The avocado toast was over cooked. Minimal parking. Clean environment, inside and out
