I don’t know if there’s a language barrier or if these ladies are too busy entertaining each other and their phone… my REGULAR COFFEE order is NEVER right. It’s the only Dunkin in the area and the location is convenient… but GEEEZ, can you get the order right??? I’ve wasted SO much money.

They need to work on their attitudes! Last time coming to this location. They will loose many customers if they don’t fix their customer service. I gave them three chances and all three received the worst customer service. “What do you want”, no “thank you”, no “have a good day” and doesn’t even look at you when giving you your stuff. They seemed so annoyed to be working and as if I was an inconvenience for them. Also, you can’t ask for your drinks(refreshers) without ice mind blowing!!!

6am the lady at the drive through couldn’t even hear me what I what ordering or she was too busy playing on her phone. This older old Hispanic heavy set women always had the rudest attitude when taking orders.
She messed up my order by not actively listening at all. Had to walk in and get it fixed by another DD associate only to have the store manager have a nasty attitude.
Enough is enough.

Dear Dunkin’ Customer Service,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at your Dunkin’ / Baskin-Robbins location at 2306 W 147th St, Posen, IL (Store #359059) on the morning of July 30, 2025, at approximately 6:41 AM.
I visited the drive-thru to redeem a reward for a large iced coffee (receipt attached for reference). Unfortunately, the employee who handed me my order at the window displayed an extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful attitude that was both uncalled for and off-putting. She made no effort to be courteous and instead acted as though my presence and order were a burden. Her demeanor was dismissive, and her tone was cold and unpleasant.
I have never had such a negative experience at a Dunkin’ location before, and I find it very disappointing that employees representing your brand feel comfortable treating loyal customers this way. Courtesy and professionalism should never be optional, regardless of how early it is or whether the order was paid for with a reward.
This location is convenient for my morning routine, but after this encounter, I am seriously reconsidering returning. I urge you to address this issue with the staff involved to ensure no other customers are treated this way.

With the service there is No *good morning* no *welcome* just a blank stare. Then after the order is completed there is no *thank you please come again*. Just a stank attitude and a stank look on their face. Food is ok though and the timing was quick.

Service is terrible on the weekends the young lady taken orders and whoever is making the coffee today was terrible. The morning crew during the week is awesome. I only have problems when certain young ladies are working the drive-thru on the weekends. Orders are not made correctly and customer service is terrible. I will drive a few more miles on the weekend to get what I order and excellent customer service.

i came through this morning and the line was long and slow.. Hashbrowns were cold and my coffee was burnt. Last week I received the wrong order for the 3rd time this month from the same young lady. I do not have time to go to work and come back to return stuff or get it made right. They need to train better. If you want quality service go to the new Dunkin in markham which is only a few minutes away.
