The donuts were a little stale. I suspect they were day old donuts. We were standing at the counter for a few minutes until somebody actually came and took our order. I asked that the large mocha blast be separated into 2 separate cups. And they didn’t do it. I ended doing it myself and created a mess at the table. Overall the experience was ok.

Everytime I come this place they mess up something! If I forget to check if my ovacado toast has bacon on it I don’t hlget it. Even when I order the same thing everytime. I’ll order on the app and I’ll pull up to get my drink and toast and everytime I have to tell them I ordered food as well. Just this morning I paid for myself then I paid for the person that I knew behind me and I had a feeling they were gonna charge her even though I paid, so I called and I’m glad I did because of course they tried to charge the person I just paid for. Then I pull away and of course no bacon on my ovacado toast and it says it right on there that I ordered and paid for bacon. The customer service is not good they’re. Not to even mention THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING! Have the time they don’t even have chocolate munchkins. I will not be going g back!

10/10 would get coffee here again. They are always very friendly and I’m usually in and out within 5 minutes. If you’re here enough they start remembering you and your order. Definitely feel welcome every time.
Update: still extremely friendly and very fast. I was in and out of here within about 5 minutes which is paramount when you have 3 hungry kids in the back seat

I’ve been going to this Dunkin since it opened. When Salmon worked there it was too notch. I’ve raised my kids going there.. the past few years the service has been lackluster at best. Drive through notoriously gets the orders wrong with no apologies at all. It’s almost as if they give you whatever they want to as opposed to what you ordered. It’s a shame. Salmon is the very best. Not sure where he is these days. But I miss they guy.

Waited 5 minutes to brew a new pot of de-caff .. no problem,. Don’t mind waiting . After I drove off I realized the server must have put 3/4 of a cup of old cold stale coffee and topped it off with fresh brewed coffee. . coffee was nearly warm and tasted stale.

Never seen people screw up simple coffee over and over again. All cream. No coffee. Rude as can be. It’s not like I order anything extravagant. There’s been 3 times in 6 months they’ve gotten my order right. It’s infuriating. Not wasting any more money.

This location NEVER gets the drink right. I keep coming in hopes that one day you will not put 10 cups of creamer in my coffee even when the order ask for “easy on the cream” my last order didn’t even have my caramel swirl in my Blueberry Crisp Latte. I am usually one who only leaves good reviews for people but too much $$ wasted. I am done coming here.
