Today I rolled in around lunch and was recommended the Cookie Butter Cold Brew got a large, and she DELIVERED. I haven’t been drinking coffee like I used to and today’s drink was wonderful. I didn’t get her name but thank you to that whole noon crew. Great energy♡

Normally no issues but today was different. Standing at the counter about 10 minutes while employees were hiding in back of the store. Once I got their attention and gave them my order I tried to get my dunkin app scanned but the apparently new employee was in her own world as I asked repeatedly to scan my app since I can get my points but she was not paying attention. When asked about how I get my points now she “offered” to charge me fifty cents to get my points claiming she could not add them any other way. Nice scam dunkin, not buying it. Have had this happen before and they have just voided the sale and re-run it up with no issues. Let’s try to be better here and not try to screw the customers please.

Location started going downhill months ago. Decided to try again today and still no improvements. The cashier argued with me about what something was called, I sat at the window watching them make orders for behind me when mine wasn’t done (all I had was a coffee), and when they finally made mine they did it wrong so I had to pull up and wait for them to remake it.

I was not going to give a bad review because 6 months ago this was my go-to dunkin location. However, all 6 of my last orders have been messed up on way or another. I often thought that I may have ordered incorrectly but when I check the receipt I know it was not user error. I’m not sure what has happened these last few months but I’m sick and tired of coming here just to continuously get the wrong order.

The staff 5 years ago was good. Called me by my first name. Throughout the years it’s been worse and worse. 3 Saturdays in a row they mess up my mobile order and it’s never ready even when I place it 15 minutes in advance and they’re not busy. Constantly try and hand me drinks covered in napkins and dripping coffee all over my car. Terrible staff. Not friendly at all and the service has just gotten so bad. First review I’ve ever left anywhere btw.
