Honestly props to the manager– I didn’t get his name but I ordered a butter, pecan coffee through the Mobile app and when I got there to pick it up was told that they are out of butter pecan, but they would give me a different flavor, but they also were out of the other flavor I would have gotten so I had to leave to get to work with no order, and when I called back later to figure out what to do because my order could not be canceled… The manager told me to come back tomorrow when they have the syrups back in stock and he will fulfill my order then which I thought was really awesome because I left super disappointed to be out eight dollars and have no coffee or breakfast . So thank you to the manager for making that better and I’m super excited to get my order still tomorrow. This dunkin is always consistent with great tasting coffee as well. So thanks again for taking care of a customer.

This is my last visit to this location. It’s unfortunate this location is unable to follow simple directions in a timely manner. I’ve emailed corporate directly hoping it would change as this location is the only one I pass on the way to work. Sandwich’s are always thrown together and (4:45am when it’s least busy) always missing ingredients, especially if you’re customizing your order, forget about those actually being on your order. Sick and tired of company’s thinking they can charge you for a product and not deliver what’s advertised or paid for. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Poor service and soggy food, they can’t even make the hash browns correctly.

First time ordering through the mobile app and they somehow got my drink wrong? Dont understand how hard it is to follow simple instruction when i asked for no changes to the original drink, they gave me double of of one of the items in the drink.

It used to be my favorite location but they have fallen off recently! Last week they gave me a half frozen sandwich and the cheese was still wrapped in paper. Today they made the wrong drink and couldn’t even fix it the right way….cold brew with vanilla shot and cream should not be that difficult! Especially with only 3 cars in line at 8:15 in the morning. ordered a drink and bagel minis . The lady taking my order did not ask me my order, she said hello , and i proceeded to read my two items off to her she kept saying OK after the item in a slightly annoyed tone. That was fine that didn’t bother me yet. What bothered me was receiving my bagel minis completely cold. Just because the outside is warm, doesn’t mean the inside is -and apparently no one at this Dunkin has ever taken a baking class to know that. I get this item enough to know what the estimated wait time should look like if it’s being cooked thoroughly and I’m not surprised that this Dunkin is just trying to shove out items and get people out of their line. They’ve been this way for years, and it will continue to be this way, but yet I still come due to the lack of other options in the area. I’ve only gotten the upmost service from a younger Hispanic man , if I caught his name, I’d put it in here because he’s the best employee I’ve seen there. Props to him and only him

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for years and it was one of the best Dunkin locations for miles. It’s obviously under new ownership and has taken a turn for the absolute worst. The staff is extremely rude all the time (all of them). The food is far from Dunkin’s standard. The coffee tastes watered down or burnt. The croissants they use for their sandwiches are stale. They gave me only one box for two DunKing meals because they’re playing games with their inventory (I worked in fast food 15 years ago… I know the tricks). They pretend not to understand English when it serves them. They wouldn’t even cut my son’s sandwich in half saying “they can’t do that.”
Overall, Dunkin itself needs to do something about this franchisee and send their reps here. The only positive is that it’s clean but that’s probably because they get so little business now that cleaning is all they have to do. I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes, and there hasn’t been a single customer. I wonder why…

I ordered online a bacon egg & cheese with extra bacon. Which you pay $2 extra for. There was barely any bacon on it was very disappointed and tasted very bland. This has happened countless times where my food would be missing some portion. Very disappointed with this service.
