$3.99 for a large cup of ice coffee… then they charge you an extra .50 cents for light ice?! They should be realistic and list it as “large cup of ice with coffee”. Ill go to Starbucks and get better quality coffee for the same price. Never have I been to a dunkin and charged an extra$.50 cents for light ice. Never coming back to this location.

I was going here 5 days a week and the staff was always very friendly. I retired over a year ago so now only make it here occasionally. Today we walked here and I was greeted by Ihab (spelling?) As if I still came multiple times a week.
Now let’s talk about their drinks, way better and less expensive than the other big company.

I just wanna say this was the best Iced coffee I have had in a really long time. So fresh and delicious. The workers that were in at time I ordered were beyond friendly and full of smiles and that was extremely nice as the dunkin by my house it is the opposite. Best Dunkin experience I have had in a really long time. Kudos to the ladies working today you truly deserve a raise, great customer service. I will definitely be back A LOT MORE.

Update: 9/29/2025 decided to try this again. They gave me the wrong order. I ordered a Boston creme donut and coffee. I got a nasty icing filled donut instead. Coffee was correct.
Update: ordered mobile order to go and they have the front doors locked and only drive thru open.
Ordered on mobile app to pick up. We went arrived one employee told the other that she gave away our order. Took them 10 min to give us the wrong hazelnut drink another 5 min to give us a dairy filled drink. We left but weren’t reimbursed and given drinks that I cannot partake in. Their employees do not care and do not double check the orders they are giving away with the tickets and person they’re giving it to. Out of 4 times I’ve been here they’ve gotten 1 order right. Good luck!

Never had an issues at this Dunkin which pains me to make this review ! Ordered an iced latte with caramel swirl, received an ice latte with no flavor no sugar literally just milk. Sticker shows my order, there goes my 5$

Well that sure is way more ice than anyone could possibly need. So make sure when order your 6$ + refresher, you request lite or easy ice. I guess that’s just another example of shrinkflation at its very best.

They are nice, friendly and professional. I always struggle at any DD to order my frozen coffee without too much sugar, however the staff in this place did it perfectly with me explaining how I want it. Impressive! Very respectful. I will get my coffee here again. Keep up the high quality work!
