I love dunkin, and as a new mom, its the only thing i look forward to lol! I ALWAYS ask for light ice but it feels like the employees add extra out of spite. I always try to be nice when ordering and i never like to complain to service workers but i am disappointed Everytime. If i have to pay extra i will but damn just give me the light ice :/

I’ve neem going to this Dunkin Donuts 4 YEARS. It truly is my favorite. I’ve watch the crew grow up. It’s so refreshing to pull up to the drive up spot…they know you, know what you want…and tell You to pull up… .They have such a lively crew…I love them all!

The new staff is very short with the customers. The eat in area was extremely dirty floors and tables. It sounds more like a sorority house than a coffee place. Coffee was great. Out of stock on a lot of their donuts. Very disappointing!

I’m a fan of Dunkin donuts. However this Dunkin management is crazy mean.
Employees go along with their manager so I can’t say it’s all their employees.
The problem is when they can’t get your order right, when they don’t understand a conversation this is a problem.
Unfortunately this Dunkin is unkind and do not care about customers. They are right and if the customer doesn’t like it they can go to another.

The food was okay, payed $3 for about four tiny steps of bacon. My sister wanted her avocado toast toasted, didn’t come out toasted. The worst part about being here, was the morning staff they had working here, ( a young man and two younger girls ) were very loudly talking terribly about other employees who were not there at the time. The girls were also just being very obnoxious in general. Wasn’t very nice trying to eat breakfast with my sister when they were just yelling in the back about how bad any other staff member is.

8/6 2 amazing hard working young ladies tol. Care of us. They were swamped but were killing it. We ordered a sandwich which was promptly made with a smile. Even though the wait was short they gave us a couple donuts and an unnecessary apology. These ladies are what every employee should be. Hard working. Multi tasking. They will be amazing managers of not corporate of they choose that route. Thank you and we will be back!

The young lady at the counter was rude and forgot to give us most of our items because of the drive thru. When I asked for my items she reacted very negatively.
