The customer service at this location is terrible. I have tried to patronize this location on several occasions, but now I’m done. The heavy set Caucasian employee who I think is a manager, Maggie needs a refresher on customer service and how to treat the customers like their appreciated and not a burden.

Service doesn’t exist here. I approached the counter Sunday morning in hopes of purchasing a coffee. One employee began walking towards the counter to take my order then suddenly turned back to take the order of the drive thru vehicle that just pulled up to the menu speaker. The other employee told me that she would be with me in a moment but then began preparing the drive thru order. I guess drive thru money is greener than walk in money. Just purchased cold beverages from the gas station itself instead. Such a disappointment!

I waited for them to make it and it was cold not even close to being warm let alone hot. Smh

I cannot drink real hot coffee. So I take it and start drinking it maybe 10 minutes later. That’s when I find out if they only added cream and if is fresh. About 1 of 5 times it’s not fresh and about 1 out of 8 times they screw up the order. Other times everything is fine. Just want to add that their prices are way too high. I’ve been doing a lot of McDonalds for $1 less.

I stop at the drive thru frequently before work and the service is almost always fast and the staff is super friendly. Even when there’s a mishap or mistake (we are all human) the staff is very apologetic and I still leave happy. A fun bonus: almost every time I’ve gone here, there’s been a chain of people paying for the person behind them in line and it’s a great feeling!
