These are the worst donuts, they are melty and wet. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. My drive home was only 2 mins with the air on, and it was not hot out this morning. They came like this from the DD. This isn’t the first time I have received donuts that were a mess from here. Not giving them another chance.

This location has ruined more food than I can total up. You will be served half-assed cold sandwiches with old ingredients here because the staff don’t care about your experience. Only how you’re inconveniencing them by making them do things. Also the interior of this store is almost always dirty.

Don’t go often, but I guess you can’t expect to much from a fast food kind of place these days. I guess with the name change they just kind of gave up on doing donuts right. Stopped in with the kids and this is how they were when we got home not 5 min later.

We just visited this location.
*There is no sign on the door telling customers “drive through only”. I suggest they add a sign because other customers tried to get in the door like us, and left instead. We went through the drive thru to order.
*It’s a little difficult to read the flavors, I think they need a freshly printed drive thru flavors sign.
But the 2 scoop waffle cone was very generously filled, they were fast fulfilling the order, and the prices were good. My son was very happy!
They accepted our 3 tmobile Tuesdays QR codes without any hassle; we used all 3 codes in one transaction.

The lobby isn’t open so the drive through line is awful.. Got 3 donuts, they were just tossed into a bag so the frosting on all 3 mostly came off inside the bag. Will drive further to the one on 191st from now on.

*short version: avoid the drivethru as there are 2 potholes near the window, one is giant (hard to see as it is when you’re leaving the window) and will cause damage to your vehicle*

Consistent coffee which is huge for DD.
Sometimes the donuts can be melty and tossed face down in bags which isn’t great. Besides that, I always enjoyed coming here.
I used to come here multiple times a week but stopped due to a massive pothole in the drivethru lane. There is a smaller pothole when driving onto the platform by the window and a massive hole when leaving the platform by the window. It has caused damage to my vehicle so I stopped coming to this location. It has been like this for over 6 months. I asked an employee about it a month ago, she said the manager is aware but still nothing has been done.

Went here a couple days ago it was my first time at this location. I got a bacon egg and cheese with hash brown and it was pretty good. Later that day I had some of the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I was sick for the whole weekend from it. I don’t know what was bad on it particularly but I know it came from the dunkin because that’s all I ate that day. I’m sure other items are still good but I would say stay away from their eggs and bacon if you wanna keep you tummy happy.
