Went there this morning and put an online order in for 1 drink and 3 food items. Pulled up and they just hand me the drink and told me to have a good day. I asked for the rest of my order and they looked at me crazy and said that this was the only thing in my order. So I showed them the receipt and they threw the rest of my food together. My bagel had literally barely any cream cheese, I couldn’t even taste it on my bagel. And my donuts frosting was smeared all over the inside of the bag. Almost every time I go here I’m missing something or they just throw it together.

Placed our order at the drive thru and then they went radio silent. Pulled up to the window and after several minutes a very rude boy came to the window and said “just come inside for me” and as we started talking he walked away. This Dunkin is quite literally the worst in the area. Forget convenience… I’ll drive for better service, better coffee, and better food. Casey’s is right down the street, and Starbucks is in Jewel. Go to one of those instead.

Decided to stop in an get breakfast…. DEFINITELY WON’T BE BACK!! Worker had terrible attitude. Order wasn’t even correct.. Ordered an sausage and egg croissant… Ended up with bacon instead…. (Tasted terrible) Also had ordered a sausage egg muffin (for my boyfriend) and that looked like a hot mess…. (He swapped the two meat products on our meals) but thats besides the point when they couldn’t even make the order correct. The hashbrowns tasted burnt… Threw everything out the window….

7/2023 5* Clean place. Had what I wanted. Still wish the donuts were bigger. But that is all Dunkin’s. Got a sandwich to go. The Sourdough Sandwich. It was pretty good. A bit dry. Needed a little sauce or something on it. But the bread was tasty and the sandwich filled my belly while on the road. I would get it again. But probably ask for some sort of sauce on it next time.
