Ordered a large brown sugar shaken espresso and they handed me this 3/4 full cup of cream. I had asked for light ice since I want what I’m already getting over charged for and the woman responds “sorry this is all Dunkin’s recipe makes” never going back to this location

Bathrooms with codes that don’t even work. We are human beings. How degrading to have to ask for a bathroom code and have it not even work. I am an Uber driver and we provide a service and the least Dunkin Donuts can do is let us use a restroom. Not to mention the prices are rediculous now. $5 for bare minimum wrap and medium coffee. No thanks.

This location is quick with your order. The staff is nice and efficient. I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with Green Tea and it was the best looking beverage I’ve seen since ordering. Shoutout to the barista that made it cause it looked awesome and lived up to its name.

I usually come to this location and I never have a problem but today I came and I got a latte with less ice and half of the cup was empty and I was told that if I get less ice the cup won’t be full all the way even though they charged me extra for it. Then I got a different latte and they messed up my order again with someone’s else. I payed twice and still wasn’t satisfied.

Worst customer service!!!!! my order was wrongfully made ask kindly to remake and received attitude problems! THATS HARASSMENT! It’s not the customer fault that the workers made the order wrong, I asked kindly to remake and y’all get very upset because YOU made it wrong! I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ location for about 10 years, visiting several times a week. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The manager, Amin, told employees not to serve me fresh coffee, even when I offered to wait for a new pot. The last cup I got was so bad I had to throw it away. Very disappointed with how regular customers are treated here.

This is by far the most nasty dunkin I’ve ever gone to. The workers are disgustingly rude. The last three times I’ve gone my lattes have been 99% milk. I asked the rude worker to fix it and she refused. Claiming that that’s how a latte should be, when last time I checked a latte includes espresso. I think it’s ridiculous to be charged for something made so incorrectly. Don’t waste your money on this place 0/10.

We use to go out of our way to go here because it was the most consistent tasting Dunkin. But over last few weeks its not. Coffee has been hit or miss and they started charging for a pup cup, which is fine my dog doesnt need one that bad. Today my wife ordered a ice coffee with less ice and they gave us a coffee with at least an inch missing . It was not filled up. I asked clerk about it not filled up she told me that now if you order less ice or no ice thats the new way the coffee is going to come. So i am paying 4 dollars for a ice coffee and want alittle less ice so your going to charge me the same but give me less coffee? Yep time to find another DD.

I got an ice coffee on my long drive back home and as soon as I tasted my coffee it tastes disgusting! It tastes like its rotten, which I’m guessing is the milk! How do people not know when something smells or is inedible to sell to customers!! Very very disgusted and dissatisfied.
