The manager tried to steal money from my gift card. I checked the receipt right away and ask him why was he charging me more. He said I had ask for 2 donuts. So I ask him where are the 2 donuts? You changed them but you didn’t put them in a bag and gave them to me.

I didn’t have pockets and use public transportation so I put my $100 bill in my Shoe. I went to pay and pulled the money out my shoe and the worker refused to take my $100 bill due to me not taking it out of my pocket . Money is money and if I was white it wouldn’t had been an issue .

Only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the friendly cashier. I ordered 1 large iced hazelnut coffee, 1 small chocolate, 1 old fashion donut and 1 vanilla long John. The only bad thing was my hazelnut iced coffee. It didn’t have a single taste of hazelnut.

I’ve been coming to this Duncan for many years and recently came in for a visit only to be met with two rmvery rude women to greet me with a frown. I know the owner and he was always pleasant! Please train your employees to treat ALL RACES THE SAME not just the whites and Mexicans! Horrible!

The donuts are kept in a glass case, so they weren’t dry like other DDs I’ve gone to. A big plus.
