Every single time I come here they mess up my order. This time they even messed it up on my return trip. They need to learn to take a bit more care, actually READ their ticket orders and do right by their customers. I shouldn’t have to go through the drive-thru 3 times to receive my correct order.

After ordering my coffee I corrected the young lady and told her I only wanted sugar so she changed it. Once I received my coffee I checked it and it had cream which I never wanted returned it and they turned around and gave me the same coffee again. I should’ve known to check it when the lady who peaked to see who I was mean mugged me. I should’ve just went to my normal Dunkin because this is the 3rd time I receive the wrong order here!

This store has ruined my orders three times in a row. They do not know how to steam milk properly for lattes. The first time, my order was missing an item. The second time, the latte was not steamed enough, tasted gross, and made me sick. The third time, they got the drink right. They gave me the bag with the correct receipt, but the items in the bag weren’t what I ordered. The items I ordered were missing completely. I am not ordering from this Dunkin again!

I consistently get stuck in this drive thru for 15+ minutes even when they’re not slammed. It puzzles me and happens several times a week. This is one of those drive thrus that doesn’t allow you to abort mission, so at times I’ve had to do photo or video check ins with my employers for when I enter and exit the drive thru to show them why I’m 20-30 minutes late. I try to be a good lil consumer and order ahead on the app but that REALLY compounds the “can’t abort mission” problem.

worst experience ever!! i asked for a triple espresso with oatmilk and they handed me a half empty cup then when i asked for more oatmilk to fill the rest of the cup out, instead the lady added more ice! so basically paid $7 for ice and awful coffee! the lady that helped me out was extremely rude when i asked for more milk and gave me attitude then when she gave me the drink there was coffee all on the outside of the cup! 🙁 so disappointing and won’t be returning!!
