The person taking orders at the drive thru this morning was professional and courteous. I ordered a plain bagel – toasted (but got an untoasted sesame bagel), with veggie cream cheese spread (but got plain cream cheese), a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles and an extra large coffee with regular sugar, extra-extra creamer. The wait at the window to get the order was pretty long (more than 5 minutes), so I was disappointed when I saw that I didn’t receive what I asked for. My coffee was great and the donut was fresh.

This Dunkin is insane. First time I ever came a few months ago, it was great! I was so glad to find a Dunkin I liked. Then the 3 times after that were terrible. Orders being put in wrong. Rude cashier. We even saw the girl at the window drop a hot coffee on someone in the drive thru. Didn’t offer any napkins or an apology, even after the driver asked if he gets an apology at least and she stayed quiet. We have called 5 times trying to speak to a manager because that was insane to see. I shouldn’t have to go inside again to haven’t drink made right. Today I tried to get the $6 combo and only asked for no bacon on the bagel because of dietary needs. They told us at the window they weren’t going to do that and we are paying for everything separately. Even charged me for a croissant instead of a bagel. When we asked why we can’t get the deal even though we are removing an item, they just said the promotion doesn’t apply to my dietary needs. She also didn’t know our order and after every item kept asking “what are you missing” and proceeded to hand the wrong items (hot drinks instead of cold when they were typed in as cold too). I’d just go to the other one on Harlem. Never had an issue there

I have been stopping at this location for a few months on my way to work. But yesterday morning, I got my usual, large hot tea with a coffee cake muffin. The muffin was soo STALE, I could barely peel the wrapper off! The cashier had to known. Ridiculous!!

I go here almost every other day. Great coffee and workers. The young man with hand tattoo is always so calm and listens to my order and makes it perfectly. As for the drive through. I don’t understand all the bad reviews, they always make my coffee fast and even give buy one get one donuts at night. Love their avocado toast

Not what used to be. The donuts are made somewhere else, so they’re not fresh and they charge more, and the coffee is hit or miss. That means they buy coffee from different companies.

I ordered an almond crescent roll through the app. They were out and said to come back. I come back and the lady tells me “well i don’t know anything about that” and kept telling me I have to call ahead?? Anyways she was rude as hell and completely tanked my opinion of this whole place. Been coming to this dunkin for years. Used to be good before “the new team” moved in a few weeks ago. I get the same thing every time I go, a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns with a coffee, maybe avocado toast.
Do not order any food, you will waste your time and money. Hashbrowns now come DRY and taste like they’ve been sitting out waiting for someone to order them andngot cold. The bread they use for avocado toast isn’t toasted at all so when it isn’t stale bread like I most recently received, it’s soggy and falls apart lol.
Same with the sandwiches. You can ask for it to be on an everything bagel, have you repeat it, they repeat it back to you, and STILL give you a regular bagel.
Customer service is now nonexistent. The usual cashier/window lady there is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. She gives you your stuff rings you up, passive-aggressively gives you your (sometimes right) order, says nothing, but is sure to have a permanent stank look on her.
I know these are “first world problems” but when you’re selling a product and intend to keep money coming into your business, you need to do it right. Put someone with some Customer service skills in that window. What a fall off.

Every time I go there Ms.Jessica always has my order ready, and her team is awesome! She is always helpful even when I have no idea how to use my app, she always takes her time to show me how to redeem my rewards. Way to go!
