Went in there Wednesday morning abs there was only one employee, an older slow moving woman with black hair. Asked for a decaf coffee. She was filling my cup from the regular coffee pot? I reminded her that I asked fur a decaf. Her response was,”oh we made it on this jar by mistake, I’ll change them in a little bit. This is decaf”. Of course it was not decaf and in fact regular. This laziness is why I will never come back to this dunkin ever again. In fact maybe that’s why people are switching to smaller cafes bc dunkin chains are slowly getting worse with staff, customer service and overall efficiency. I recommend you go somewhere else for your coffee.

I accidentally placed order for wrong location and after explaining that I took the bus here and I can’t make it to the next Dunkin’ Donuts if they could make the order for me, she told me no I will have to repay even though I show her the receipt I know that this was an accident on my part, but just the customer service I experienced For a customer who comes here. Every single day is disrespectful.

Disappointed. Wanted to grab some quick treats for my family but at 2:00 on a Friday the donuts were almost gone. Hardly any selection.
The donut holes I did get were already stale. So was the maple classic donut. Iced latte was okay, at least.
Cashier was nice, but didn’t seem happy to be there.

Called out a drink, thought it was mines, and it didn’t look like the picture of the screen so I was confuse, she goes “you haven’t gotten your drink? I gave it to you” I standing there confuse as to what drink she supposedly gave me bc I was sitting down the whole time waiting on it. She keeps repeating she gave it to me already, but I kept telling her she didn’t. she said she made it and handed it off but idk to who cause it was another black lady before me waiting on her order. So now I’m irritated like it’s already hot, so it’s like what you trying to say all black ppl look alike? Customer service is trash and to make matters worse it was a black guy after me and she forgot his food then when he told her she apologized in a friendly tone like girl ???? But when I said I didn’t receive my drink you were claiming you gave it to me. Location is ridiculous
