The worst and rudest Dunkin, will go out of my way to avoid. They messed up my pick up order had to go inside and they were all laughing and haggling and had no idea anyone was there. They remade the correct sandwiches in 2 seconds bc they have everything precooked. So it’s cold and the bacon is hard as a rock and burnt. Disgusting. Do better.

Terrible customer service at NIGHT so rude and dirty, using their phones while preparing food for customers they don’t greet you, they don’t say thank you. Second time here, the same bad attitude. When I ask her name she literally scream at me Florajaaaaaa. The waiting time it’s ridiculous .

I have not bought Donuts from there in a quite a long time due to the stale or limited variety. Took a chance today, received two chocolate longjohns. The bag was loaded with chocolate inside fingerprints from their hands from putting it in the bag let alone no chocolate on the donuts because it’s inside the bag … Disgusting!! I keep telling myself not to go to the one in Wooddale because it’s half ass. From their ice coffees to the donuts!! just close your store already it’s been 10 years and you guys are pitiful!

As you can see from the ratings of this location, it’s a total and utter scam at this location. They are always rude and today is the last straw. We ordered a large latte and get to the window and are handed a small. The lady is arguing that we paid for a small. The large is a $1 more, why on earth would anyone order a small when they fill the drinks more than halfway with ice at this location. She proceeds to argue it instead of providing good customer service and pouring the small into a large and giving us the extra on the house for the mistake. I will not be going to this location ever again as I’m sick of getting scammed here and treated like you know what.

I ordered a drink and when they misunderstood me, they refused to replace it for free with the right one because I paid before receiving the order. I ordered again, paid twice and again received the wrong drink, but the second time they replaced it. Why did I pay twice and only received one drink I needed? I am a regular visitor to this establishment, but I don’t want to go back there again
