Just wanted to say that Natalie at the West Chicago location is a great employee, always very attentive with my order and always makes both my hot and iced coffees correctly. Five stars. The way they remodeled this location is very nice, although they made it smaller then what it was. Three stars. Donuts and Muffins are fresh and definitely great. Five stars.

I was excited to see our newly renovated Dunkin’ store. When I stopped in my heart sank. They reduced the size of the store by 50%. It’s not very inviting like the old store was. Very dissapointed with the renovation.

So this says it open at 04:00AM, i stopped by and it was closed. I orderd a Original Pumpkin Spiced Latte and i got mud water, the girl did not even knew what i asked for because she kept asking for my order again, if you want to get your order wrong, wait a long time and waste your money stop by. I stopped by a different one and i re order and got my order correct and the difference is quite obvious.

Food taste like chemicals. Change your liners, clean the ovens properly, and if you cant…don’t work there. Tell your manager to throw the equipment away and buy new sheet. I’m reporting you to the health department.

We ordered 2 hot lattes in the drive-thou and we received 2 cold lattes (not iced) hot lattes that had been sitting around long enough to get cold. I noticed when I got home, called the store to see if I can get a replacement sense I live near by and owner said yes, pick up replacements.
When I arrived and told them what management said the employee taking my order said they would only replace 1 latte, despite management telling me I’d get both replaced. After some back and forth they gave me the correct order, but not without a whole bunch of attitude and resistance.
I just wanted my two overpriced caramel hot lattes

It’s my home town Dunkin they recently renovate this place look very nice but two things very bad they needs to pay attention after 8pm till 9 pm coffe quality is very poor it’s not worm look like it was sitting there couple of hours old if you go before 8pm coffee is fresh and crisp they needs to fix poor quality coffe number 2 is drive thru have really big pot hole and last week my rim and tire is broke and I spend 600$ to get it fix and today I go there again and pot hole still there no one bother to fix so kindly fix those issues thanks

The people here are rude. Specifically the manager. This morning I pulled in to get a drink on my birthday and the manager literally told me “do u have your payment because we have lines of cars waiting” after I realized I grabbed the wrong card out of my wallet. She then ran my card for the wrong order & held her line up even longer trying to process a refund. Sucks because I visit this location often but I surely won’t be back.
