I use to love both Dunkin and Baskin Robin but Dunkin doesn’t have a good selection anymore and they don’t even make the donuts there. I’ve been going to Baskin Robin since it was 31 Flavors and I’ve always loved their chocolate chip I’ve cream but not anymore. The last 2x I’ve went I could taste the difference from what it used to taste like. This time the ice cream had a freezer burn taste and it just didn’t taste the same.

Entitlement dismissmisive attitude shrugging off not listening but reverting to blaming the system as an acceptable excuse. Out of coffee milk and just made it with regular. Obviously could be ok, however, not only do they upcharge for it.. what if I wanted something else. Let alone system in today’s day and age should sync and remove what you don’t have or ask can I give you something like a donut or here’s the refund for it. Especially when they know who you are coming so often. All businesses do inventory checks I’m sure.

I walk in. Waited 3 min. Just so someone can say, “how can I help you”. Not a big deal. I have been to plenty of Dunkin’ spots. I always order the same thing. Sourdough breakfast on a croissant. Always! Always order the same. Every other location always makes the switch of bread for me. It’s simple , it’s just bread. But this location, the “white/lady or light skin Hispanic lady” wanted to charge me, extra egg, extra bacon extra cheese with bread just to order the sourdough’s sandwich. I explained to her how everyone just makes a change on the bread. But nope her ego got to her. She said no, and that’s what she had too do. Unbelievable experience, just her attitude towards me. She was polite to other but I guess she didn’t like that fact of me ordering something different from what her system has.

Got a L mocha no ice n they gave me this almost at the halfway point lol and this is the first place I’ve heard of charging more to split the bill them just to have it on one card , they also added extra stuff like munchkins to the order which we never asked for or got so it would cost more , other than that the donuts are fine

This Dunkin’ Donuts has the best staff I have ever seen. We’ve been coming for YEARS and are locals and each time they receive us so warmly and give us great service. The coffee? Spectacular. All my friends even say the coffee is not the same anywhere else compared to this location. Love them down. 4L.
