Ive been going here for a while but have never commented. The folks here are very friendly and can be social if you’re relaxed and the line is short, but they can be quick with orders if you seem to be in a hurry or if the line is 4+ people long. Most employees even remember my order when I come in and I have had the manager ready my normal order perfectly after not being back for many weeks. They hired a new woman I believe, and she is very friendly and rather quick while being accurate on orders too, fitting this location perfectly.

I went to this location with my kids a few days ago. I had stopped in to get a box of the dozen donuts and their coolattas. The woman that took care of me and my kids her name is Shawna/Shauna not sure how her name is spelled out but she was the sweetest and coolest Dunkin Donuts worker I have came across. She asked me if I wanted something to drink as well and I said “I’m looking for something warm for my throat”since it was sore. And she offered me a free hot tea drink which I had gotten the chamomile tea which was really nice and hot just what I needed. She was so friendly she was even considerate about the donuts I bought she told me how to prevent them from getting hard and stale and keep them a little more lasting to eat. Most DD’s I go into are fairly good experiences but this one stood out because of her personality and her genuine kindness. I hope the owners know they have a good employee working for them.

horrible attitude towards buyers. i like to buy donuts here but i was nearby and wanted to go to the toilet because i am pregnant, went in and at the checkout a older cashier man asked if i was going to buy something, i replied that i do not want nithing for now and he said that the toilet was not available then i understand it perfectly, rules and all that !! but there are exceptions !! I said that I am pregnant and he still told no ((this is horror! you can just see his personal negative attitude towards people! such people are not a place in the service sector! Never visit this place no more
