I wanted to take a second to recognize an employee at this location, however, I don’t know her name. She is an African-American lady. I come here about three times a week and each time she is always greeting with a smile. She is very warm, welcoming and positive. If there ever is an issue, which there rarely is, she makes sure that she takes care of it personally and will make it right in anyway that she can. I’m not sure if she holds any type of leadership or management position here, but I would strongly recommend looking into advancing her because I choose this location over Starbucks every time for this reason. She is a true gem! I also wanted to note that I very rarely write reviews, but she deserves the recognition because this day and age it is increasingly hard to find someone with her same work ethic.

Front staff were standing around talking while drive-through customers waited over 25 minutes. Several cars left without being served, so the location clearly lost business. We were there at 7:20 AM on February 20th and simply ordered coffee. The employee running the drive-through kept us waiting, rolled her eyes while repeating my order, and displayed unacceptable customer service. This behavior needs to be addressed.

I want to take a moment to recognize Chauntay. Every time I come through the drive-thru, she greets me with such genuine kindness and positivity. Even on busy mornings, she’s patient, friendly, and makes you feel seen. It’s small moments like that that really make someone’s day. Dunkin is lucky to have her — thank you, Chauntay. <3333 PS. I’m a regular customer at this dunking but this morning I drove to the store to buy lunch and i don’t know how to feel about It, I don’t know if I’m mad or disgusted this is unacceptable I’m never coming back to this location I found hair on my hash browns this is extremely nasty as a costumer to find hair!!!

I’m not a Dunkin fan, but someone gave me a gift card and since I had missed breakfast I decided to swing through the drive thru and see what they had that wasn’t a donut.
I picked something called a Filled Biscuits Mini. The picture on the sign looked interesting.
I paid $4.10 for two very small biscuits. I expected them to be small, but only 2?
Then I bit into one and it was cold in the middle.

This location is franchised and it cost extra for whip cream and cinnamon on a cappuccino blast which includes it. 1$ for whip and .35 for cinnamon. Otherwise fantastic blast.
