Poor customer service for some odd reason they never get our order right , obviously if I’m paying for my item I’m going to ask for what I ask for , I’ve been in food service for 8 year and know the importance of customer service, getting upset because you got the order wrong it’s not the customer fault there for attitude is definitely not necessary.

In the morning you’d expect service to be slow but it’s actually the opposite. Many cars were ahead of me but it took what felt like 2 minutes to get my breakfast and go. Workers were surprisingly polite and were customer friendly. One of the best dunkins I’ve been to recently.
