I ordered 2 ice coffees and 2 donuts and didn’t want too much ice but when I was presented with the coffee..half the cup was filled with ice and i told the only lady that was there that i didn’t want that much ice she then tells me that it would not be ice coffee then so i told her that i was the customer and that’s how i want it and when i asked her who the manager was she replied that she was and i told her that she was a poor excuse to be that position.,and told her i would call the corporate office which I’m still waiting to hear from.

You have a better chance winning the lottery than getting your order correctly when ordering through the app here. I’ve been going here for a year now cause it’s the easiest one to get to and 4/10 times the order will be wrong. Anything to wrong bread for sandwich to getting a $2 item when I ordered a $5 sandwich. They somehow manage to mess up the coffee every now and then too.

They are very nice, and they never have a very long line. The coffee there is great, I usually go in the morning and I give them my tumbler and ask for black coffee, instead of paying $3.27 I pay $1.42 for a refill. Their iced coffee is also good, but I don’t like that there is a hint of bitterness at the end of the sip, again I drink it black, if you get cream and sugar you can’t taste anything.

I love love this place. I call it my work dunkin I always stop in b4 work. All the ladies here are so nice and sweet. Very caring. Always smiling. Very smart. I think they know everyone and their orders. Shows that they care about you and they try to save u time in the morning.
