I came to this location and expected different. I was in line and the young lady was already helping a customer so I waited my turn but an older fellow approached the register even though she told him to wait and he moved aside for me properly and I moved to let the customer before me pay the young lady brushed off that I was the next inline and told the older fellow

The worst location in the far Northside of Chicago, they allow homeless to hung in the shop. You can’t do any work on your computer… Atmosphere was terrible not safe, when I was there doing my paperwork, the police showed up for homeless fighting in the cafe.. manager needs to do better job.

This branch needs to work on their overall food quality. I used to be regular there, and the coffee was not always the best. The staff does try their best though, but the food is always lacking something.Hash browns are not bad. Coffee ranges from okay-ish to good sometimes. specialty donuts and food need to be worked on desperately. Got a coffee roll today and it had no coffee taste, was just a bun with white icing. Other Dunkin branches I go to have THE BEST coffee rolls.

Ran into this location for a friend’s birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman’s fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. But his ignorance aside, great place to grab some sweets.

They are very nice, and they never have a very long line. The coffee there is great, I usually go in the morning and I give them my tumbler and ask for black coffee, instead of paying $3.27 I pay $1.42 for a refill. Their iced coffee is also good, but I don’t like that there is a hint of bitterness at the end of the sip, again I drink it black, if you get cream and sugar you can’t taste anything.
