The intercom was hard to hear because people were power washing next door. I drove up to the window to order and the owner refused to serve me and talked down to me. I explained I couldn’t hear and he kept saying I needed to wait and wouldn’t serve me. He wanted me to go back into the line in the drive through.

I made an order on the app and apparently my order never went through. I tried showing her my receipt and she kept talking over me saying they didn’t receive any online orders and didn’t want to see my receipt or anything. She was so rude and didn’t attend me and left me waiting in the drive thru. I made my order again and another employee told me that their printer ended up printing both orders i made. And she told me i could cancel because she didn’t know how. I still haven’t received a refund. 2 medium drinks ended up costing me $17. Such rude employees here.

Employee must of been high or on drugs because I was asking for a large iced coffee 4 cream/4 Carmel Swirl. Said he didn’t understand how to do that from hot coffee. Said why would we order a coffee different. Then he was talking over me and my sister about how the coffee was gonna be different. We asked if he was ok or if he was high (his eyes were red and glossy). We didn’t even bother finishing our order. I order from Dunkin’ on a regular basis

I’ve been here 4 times. And all 4 times have been crappy experience. I’ve had to wait more than I should for what I order in a drive thru. Two of the four times, he misses half my order. I keep hoping it’ll be better, but has not gotten better.

I ordered a drink and it came out to be $3.64. I used the $2 off Dunking coupon and the man said it was 1.64. He says the receipt machine doesn’t work but once I check my bank account to see how much he charged, he charged me 2.91, he lied and it’s not the first time because my sister always goes to this one and I always see that he charges more. This was the first and last time I order from here. It’s not a lot of difference but he still takes advantage of his costumers and lies to them.

I place a mobile order here and when I entered the store the owner told me they weren’t open yet. It was 5:10am at that point and he told me I had to wait 20mins for them to open. I tried to cancel my order but the app doesn’t let you. It’s not the first time I have been here but it certainly is the last. The other times I have gone they either didn’t have what I wanted or they messed it up.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and bright. Their products are always fresh and well-stocked. They are also conveniently located next to a gas station should you need to stop for gas as well.
