Normally I love this Dunkin but today 7/18/25 it was BAD! Granted there was only one worker but you can tell she is new. No one was answering the drive through. Witnessed many people have to come in because she didn’t have a clue including me. She made the food wrong. And when she remade it she burned it and threw it in a bag for me to peel the food out of.

I have given this Dunkin over 5 tires at different times of the day as well to see if the service is always the same. It’s upsetting that I order something super simple and it’s not correct let alone the attitude some of these people have is just outrageous. I know this Dunkin gets busy and I’m sure that is hard to deal with at times but I feel is you should already know what you’re getting into working for a place like Dunkin. Like I said before I have given this place more than 5 chances to redeem themselves and it’s sad to say today was the last day I think I will be wasting my money here. I order a simple large hazelnut iced coffee with liquid sugar and cream on side. I have gotten a cup with literally all cream then when I tried the 1st time to explain I do not want a lot of cream the guy said I got you and it was a little better besides that the outside of the cup was covered in cream and he looked at me and said oh sorry while handing me the cup. I can go on and on over all the other problems but I would just steer clear of this place unless you want a random cup of black coffee.

Absolutely the worst run Dunkin of all time. They never know how to run a drive through and have lines wrapped around the building because of it. The woman that runs the drive thru on Saturdays should absolutely be put into another role as she typically takes about 7 orders before giving anything out at the window causing insane lines. 0/10 go to starks corner dunkin instead and save yourself the pain.

I went inside this establishment to place my order. The gentleman at the cash register didn’t know how to order my hot matcha latte. After a few minutes he finally decided to ask his co-worker how to order my drink. I also ordered a dozen donuts and didn’t have very many options to choose from due to lack of supply. While waiting for my drink order, I watched the gentleman who was preparing the hot food items for the people in the drive-thru cross-contaminate his gloved hands multiple times by touching unclean surfaces and then touching the food. Unfortunately those people in the drive-thru have no idea that this was happening. After several minutes, I finally received my drink to find that it was only filled a third of the way full. Stay clear of this establishment if you can. Choose to spend your money elsewhere.

I waited in the drive thru this morning for over 10 minutes and the line didn’t even move. Though I wasn’t in a time crunch, on weekday mornings when I am, this time is not acceptable! I must say, this isn’t anything against the hardworking employees, but the lack of management adequately staffing their restaurant.
Update 2/1/19: It gotten worse with longer car lines, messy trash in the food prep area and donuts not even being placed in their display!

I highly doubt this place has a manager!! They don’t know how to make a toast! Either it’s too hard or too soft, coffee all messy dripping when they hand it to us and doesn’t taste good at all, doughnuts aren’t fresh 99% of the time, they don’t hand napkins unless you ask and when you do they get mean and give them with some avocado stains on them or curled up, they don’t even ask if we need a receipt!!!! We were good customers, they are losing customers, all people I know they were also complaining about this place!!! 0 stars!!!

always out of product lately! this used to be the best dunkin. service has gone to crap with their new employees. i just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me they’re out of what i wanted! this is the 5th time in two months they’ve ran out of product! get rid of who ever is doing the ordering and the new kid in the drive thru and that new rude lady in the drive thru! i’ll be driving out of my way to hampshire dunkin from now on where they never run out of stuff and have actual customer service!
