This is our closest Dunkin so we were going here every weekend and my husband goes a lot during the week before work, since we moved to the area and never had a problem until recently. Me and my husband order the same thing every single time, caramel iced latte, light ice, extra caramel. We obviously pay the upcharge for extra caramel and that’s fine but recently started getting half a cup of coffee because we ask for light ice. I am not at all exaggerating, this is what my husband was handed YESTERDAY MORNING. No sips taken out, nothing, he was handed a half empty cup and told “this is what you are paying for, you get what you are given” and they refused to give him the rest of his coffee. (Literally refused, the sliding glass door was closed in his face and they walked away). It costs the employees zero dollars to be kind and top off the rest with milk if that’s all that the new machines gives you. But prices have gone up and now we’re paying Starbucks prices for half a cup of coffee and crappy service? No thanks we’ll be taking our business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Went through the drive thru on 10/29 around 6:40 or so and we wanted two vanilla sprinkled donuts and she said ok pull up. We get to the window and she said “we dont have those ones you ordered, so here’s a random assortment hope that’s ok” and she gave them to us and insisted they were free. Thank you Dunkin

Service is very slow and not organized. Staff don’t know what items ar for those in the drive thru line and those waiting for their items inside the store. Donuts were thrown into bag and were smashed a bit. The breakfast sandwiches took 8 minutes to be maid and were not well out together. Avoid this location for your Dunkin needs if you can.

Worst dunkin ever. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes at 5pm on a Friday. No one in line. Thought they were closed started driving around and saw two people were laughing. Go to window and asked if they were open the girl there was giggling. I asked for a large iced mocha with cream and she said I had to go back to speaker bc she cannot enter in order at window. I asked if I could write it down. She chuckled and said no then huh… I asked if the manager would be in, in the morning she chuckled no then said maybe. I could not handle the incompetence and drove away. This is the absolute worst dunkin I have been to. Now I know why you have horrible reviews. Thank goodness for 7 Brew being down the street. I will never come back.

Call me old fashioned but I prefer to do business in person. I wanted to buy a $100 gift card. So, I parked in back (less traffic, safer) but the back door was locked. So I walked around to the front door, having noticed a young lady employee in the store on the way, but the front door was locked as well. There was a door sign indicating the store was open till 8pm. So I assumed it was drive-up only at that time, maybe a safety measure for the young lady employee, not a bad idea. So I walk back around the building to my car, drove carefully (because of all the foot traffic between the gas pumps and convenience store) up to the drive-up. And I wait……I don’t know how long, but a lot longer than I would expect given they had no other customers. So I deice to go somewhere else, I put my car in drive and as I’m about to pull away the employee finally asks if I can be helped. I said ‘no thank you’ and pulled away, noticing there were actually two employees inside, including a young man who seemed to be chatting with the young lady.
So, in conclusion two suggestions:
1) If you’re only open for drive up, put a sign in the door indicating so.
2) Have something that helps the employees know they have customers at the drive-up.
This was at approximately 6:45pm, Friday, July 11th.

Wish I could give all 0’s because my experience going here was horrible. I ordered a churro latte and I got brewed milk. No coffee, just milk. I ordered 2 of the same thing, they got one right and one was pure milk. The person working the register didnt know how to work it. It wasnt busy either. The bagel is hard. I hit it against a window and it was a rock.

This group of young staff has always been kind, attentive, and polite. Even on their busiest days they’re always smiling. If they happen to be out of the item you ordered, they usually will suggest something comparable or will hold your credit for you till they have it in next time. The management has always been really helpful as well.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over a year almost every day through the week in the evenings The iced coffee was always Well brewed and they didn’t really get any of my orders wrong but the last month and a half they have new crew and the coffee quality has went down, including some questionable times where I’ve had to bring my coffee back due to the way it taste and also when it comes to the quality it’s the actual coffee itself without any additive taste very watered down, the tea taste very water down and also the thirst quencher has not much flavor just very watery the donuts themselves I do know they’re not fresh baked at this location, which I don’t think there’s many that do any more but this franchise is going cheap or they haven’t trained any of their personnel on how to brew the coffee and make the drinks, the tease or coffees to make any of the drinks exactly how flavorful these things should be. I literally have thrown out 2 cups of ice coffee that I paid for in the last two days which I think I won’t be returning anymore.

Went thru drive thru, given 1/2 doz
donuts. Pulled over to check, there were 2 with with frosting melted off and others with fingerprints on the top. Went inside and asked for replacements but was met with multiple staff members being indignant and making excuses. “They always have finger prints” Poorest excuse for customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Ended up getting a refund and won’t be back to that location, ever.
