Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a cold brew, black, with NO ice and they refused the order because they insisted on putting ice in it. Let me get this straight… am I paying for coffee or am I paying for a cup full of ice?
Cold brew is already cold. Ice just waters it down. The fact that a customer can’t order coffee the way they want especially something this simple is insane. Instead of accommodating a basic request, they acted like it was some kind of forbidden rule to serve coffee without ice.
If I wanted diluted coffee, I’d add water myself. I came here to buy coffee, not a science experiment or a corporate policy lesson.
Terrible customer service, zero flexibility, and a great way to lose customers over something unbelievably stupid. Won’t be back.

My experience was great I didnt have to wait at all they helped me with whatever I needed. The manager Liza was very nice she helped me pick out my donuts and she gave me my donuts on time. I will definitely return later

The employees seem to rush customers while ordering, repeatedly saying “Anything else?” after each item. It comes across as impatient and makes the experience feel rushed. Because of that, they got my order completely wrong and didn’t give me a receipt. A little more patience, attention, and better customer service training would really improve the experience.

Worst Dunkin’ in the Chicagoland area. Been here a dozen times because it’s convenient. Every single time, I regret it. Whoever owns this joint, read the reviews – your staff is trash. The drinks are never good. The employees are all rude. It’s actually strange how bad this place is. Not that anyone cares but I figured I’d add to the long list of bad reviews since they earned it.

Wife and I went to get our coffee and there was woman names Catalina taking care my wife’s order with a very bad customer service. She state being store manager but the store is full of garbage none one cleans the floor she told my wife that none one else will take her order also told her that if she doesn’t like she can leave because nobody will take her order.
This woman shouldn’t be working here. This lady needs to be trained in customer service along with how to process transactions in the system.

I picked up a mobile order. Sm frozen candy bar coffee. The employee enthusiastically said “I hope you like!” And to her…. I did!
It was very charming. Drink was good, sweet, nice for an every once in a while treat 🙂

Really bad customer service. Whole team needs to be retrained. I ordered through the drive thru and the girl taking the order was so rude for no reason. I ordered a turkey sausage wrap and she said they don’t have sausage so i said “all good, ill get the bacon” and shes like “okay but what else do you want?” in a rude voice and just being condescending. While waiting for the food the girl making the drinks kept just saying rude things about other customers.
FOOD: The drinks had all the syrup in the bottom of the cup. I have worked in Dunkin before and I know for a fact they have not been trained.

MANAGER SUCKS HARD! She’s rude and never available. Twice my son had an interview for her to NEVER be there. He called to verify but the manager said hold on, hung up on him and never answered the phone again. Drinks are good; staff friendly; manager leaves nothing to be desired. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

It was nice when I went in here because the restaurant was super clean and I bought a few donuts and they were Fresh, which was pretty good because if you get the calories, you really want to make them count. The donuts were delicious and the staff is super friendly, they greet you as soon as you come in They really went all out decorating the restaurant for Valentine’s Day❤️ which is kind of cool and it reminds you that Donuts is a good gift for Valentine’s Day ✔️

Never put a mobile order in because they constantly mess it up. Got home to find our donut order totally wrong and half the time when you order something on the app they are magically out at the store. Forget trying to call the store either because no one ever answers
