Place is fine but, there is one employee in particular, a little bonde woman who is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She basically throws the drink in your car in drive thru and says nothing. It makes me want to go get coffee from across the street at McDonald’s.

I gave five stars for food because my drink was good. I gave four stars for service because there were two young workers helping me this afternoon and both were polite and helpful. I would have given five stars, but the manager forgot her “customer service etiquette” or does not like her job. I became upset, irritated; as I was already having a BAD day and the way her attitude was. I was stearn and told her what I thought. That a customer should be able to add extra to their drink and that I’m an adult & the customer. I said in the very beginning that I would pay extra. I said I would tell her manager. She said she was the manager and she didn’t care. Yelling it. It was uncalled for. As for atmosphere I gave two stars ONLY because of this manager. The young workers, there, were great. I will be submitting a formal complaint on this manager. I’ve NEVER had an issue before with this location. Quite the opposite. She may have been having a hard day, too, but she is at work. I was going to be going to work, and I was the customer. It is such a small thing to get into an argument over, but her attitude and “nasty” demeanor is unattractive to your business.

I’ve been here multiple times and it seems that this place cannot manage to put oat milk in drinks when ordered. My girlfriend is lactose intolerant and there have been several occasions where I order a simple drink with oat milk instead of a regular dairy option and they don’t make the substitution.
I like to give places a few chances in case it was just a rough day, but today was the last straw. I’m never going back here again.

I went through the drive thru with a 99 cent coupon & ordered a medium iced caramel coffee with cream, sugar & a shot of espresso. It was made & tasted exactly as it should! I always taste my drink before I pull away because other Dunkin’s have messed it up too many times in the past for me to trust. The gentleman that took my order here was very kind & soft spoken. He made sure to let me know that even though I had a 99 cent coupon, my price would be more since I added the espresso shot. Great communication & great service for a newly opened restaurant!

I went there with a 99 cent coupon for a medium coffee. I got to the window and the guy wanted over a dollar from me with the coupon. He called the manager over and she wanted to charge me 5 cents for tax. Nothing on the coupon said anything about paying tax. So I just left. Then I called to speak to the manager because I read my other coupon just to make sure it didn’t say I had to pay tax and it did not. I said are you the manager and the girl hesitated… after a long uncomfortable silence, she hung up. So I called back and they did not answer. I wouldn’t go there again if they gave me free coffee for a year. Brand new business and this is how they treat their customers right out of the gate. McDonald’s is right across the street. There coffee is better anyway.

On Mother’s Day I ordered a large hot blueberry coffee no cream no sugar one creamer on the side and somehow they managed to screw that up my blueberry coffee had tons of sugar and tons of cream, unfortunately I didn’t realize they didn’t give me what I wanted till I got home which was 10 minutes away. When I call to notify them she said she would write my name down and I could come back and get a new one. When I returned I told them I was there to get my coffee it should be free and both people working were rude, They both had an attitude like it was my fault. when I pulled up to the window they just handed me my drink and didn’t say a word to me.

I don’t know what is with all the negative reviews. They seem to have gotten into a good rhythm since opening. My coffee is always well made and the individuals working there are always pleasant. This is by far one of the fastest Dunkin Donuts that I have been to as well.

Got two iced lattes with oat milk. They were curdled and tasted carbonated. I asked for the drinks to be remade, as the oat milk may have gone bad. Both employees responded that oat milk “doesn’t go bad” and that I just wanted free drinks. I ended up paying for four drinks today and can only drink two.
