This is my 2nd time going to this DD and i knew i shouldnt have returned. What a horrible experience everytime. This time i get slimey undercooked bacom and my pumpkin cold brew with an eye lash in it. Talk about yuck.

Lady lied by saying they didn’t have a washroom instead of saying customers aren’t allowed to use the washroom, or the washroom is out of order. I asked her how do you go she said she go to the jewel. I said your lying it’s again the law to not have working bathroom.

Worst service ever! The slowest crue ever!
They’ve been nice, very kind so far, as they were now, but it’s not worth it when they’re always late very much, so I’m always late for work because of them. How far in advance should I order through the app?!?
They keep people who don’t know how to make coffee and then there is no difference between walk in or order ahead!
I ordered through the app well in advance, and EVERYONE who CAME AFTER me to order on the spot OR those who ORDERED through the app AFTER me (according to the times seen on the labels) were served BEFORE ME. ALL OF!
Coffee and plain bagel! Ordered through the app 15 minutes before arriving at the location, I waited on site for an additional 25 minutes!!! Because only one person out of three, according to that person, knows how to make coffee. And that person, instead of making coffee, takes orders from walk-in customers!?!?!

This location is under new management. I don’t usually write reviews. The employees are kind, attentive, and fast. My croissant and donut were great, and the coffee hit the spot. 10/10 will come back.

i wish i could put a zero star review today i ordered a tea and i called the place multiple times n every single time they declined my call when all i wanted was for them to put some honey in the bag and i could see if they were busy but they obviously werent because not only was it 5 oclock in the afternoon but they had the time to DECLINE my call this is the WORST dunkin i have ever had or ordered anything from!!!

One of the WORST fast food or any type of restaurant/ coffee shops I have ever experienced. What is amazing is that when the owner and/or his wife are there is gets even worse. They are not bad people. It’s just that they have no clue what they are doing. I live about 200 yards from this DD and I will not go there anymore longer. They screw up even the simplest order. Are not capable communicating. I don’t care if they would give me my order for free. I won’t go there anymore. BEWARE!!!!!! UPDATE 8/13/23
My grandchildren were staying over so I decided to get DD for breakfast.
I had a large order with several different items and amounts.
Not only did they get everything done correctly they handled the stress of a l arge order on a busy morning.
