The person who purchased franchise and opened this restaurant is doing a great job! Whenever I come in, it is always very clean, staff works quickly, and they are always friendly. It is very noticeable that the manager strives to provide best service!

I just went to get a drink. Hot vanilla chai latte… by the way is expensive. Anyway, the drink they gave me it was almost empty. I went back inside so they can give me a full cup and they refuse to fill my cup, they said it would be an extra charge. I’m already paying $4.78 for a small hot drink, and they wanted me to pay if I wanted a full cup. I’ll leave a picture of how full my drink was when they gave it to me. (Probably the angle doesn’t really show it, but it’s a small cup, part of it is just foam, and liquid was less than half)

This is the closest location to me and I stop there Friday and Saturday nights before work. The females that work in the evening have the absolute worst attitudes, the worst customer service, and water down my iced coffee every single time. If you don’t have enough to make my drink, then let me know and I won’t get it. I have made complaints to the store, I have made complaints through corporate and nothing ever changes. I gave the atmosphere two stars because it looks clean from the outside, but they lock their doors at 9 o’clock when they close at 10 so I can’t even go inside to see the atmosphere.

I pulled up to the speaker box and a guy greeted us and asked what we wanted. I got through half the order and a different guy randomly greeted us and asked what we wanted… I ordered two coffees with cream, a Boston crème and a crueler donut. The coffees are burning hot (bc they are burned from being old) and smell like that weird almost cigarette like smell. Crueler was fine. I didn’t get a Boston crème though. I got a chocolate glazed donut (I think that’s what it is?). So irritating.

I have never had issues here. I think it’s a great location. They are so friendly and fast. I really like the avocado toast. I get it without the seasonings though. They are too overwhelming.

First timer DD customer. Not impressed. Food was cold and quantity was lacking, overall expensive. I ordered a sourdough sandwich, fries and a large iced coffee. I ordered, waited 15 minutes and then walked up to the counter to a confused clerk who lost my order. My order was remade or found behind the counter somewhere, not exactly sure.
I received a cold sourdough with no cheese, FOUR potato hashbrowns and a delicious large coffee. My order was $13.75. I’m not sure how America runs on this Dunkin.

I rarely go to Dunkin anymore as the price of a latte is $7 but I decided to splurge because I love their pumpkin. They forgot my muffin and as I’m a third into my coffee I see something floating on the side of the cup and it’s a bug. How does a bug get into coffee was it in your ingredients? I doubt it flew in there but I am so sad and disgusted because that’s $7 and I drank it with a bug in it. I will never be back. Do better Dunkin.

My wife and I are retired and are very blessed! We could go to a fancy restaurant for breakfast if we wanted to. We choose not to because the crew here at this location are so wonderful. Most times when you go to the major chain places no one is treated like a friend. These guys truly treat us like they are our friends. We love you guys! Oh and Dunk’n makes the best coffee.

This place advertises a dozen donuts for $14.99 and charges a dollar extra. It’s obviously an issue to have explicit signage and not abiding by that. I’ll save that dollar and betraying my principles by going to any of the other 1000 Dunkins, next time.

It is 8pm. They close in 2 hours yet the “kitchen is closed” so they have nothing but donuts. Don’t go to this location. Either employees that don’t feel like working or an owner trying to cut costs. I ended up getting nothing.
