The coffee here is always good, I prefer the cheese egg wrap with hot coffee cream and Splenda. Although Service could be better, sometimes there is no people waiting and you still have to wait a long while( last visit 12/29/24). It took a little less time but still… than you drunken donuts!

The Dunkin in South Elgin on S. Mclean Blvd & Kane St, is much better in measurements.

I specifically go to this location bc of what I thought was good customer service until today. Lady on intercom was nice and welcoming. Once I go to the window to pay there was an older lady and I still had my window down bc I was getting my payment ready on my phone , and I have tints so she didn’t know I was looking at her and she turns back to another employee and rolls her eyes , once I rolled down my window I said hi and sorry for a minute delay frm myself and she didn’t say anything . Whoever thought it was a good idea to switch cashiers in the mornings made a mistake

This location is an absolute joke. They made the wrong order and when I called the lady at the store she tried passing it off like I got it from a different location. I asked if you were the one located off 25 and 90 and the lady rudely responds no we are off of Dundee Rd. Nice try manager. How about training the non English speaking employees to question the person or grab someone else working if they cannot understand English that the customer is speaking. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with vegetable cream cheese. Somehow they threw their own twist on it using strawberry cream cheese. I would have gone back immediately but the way the lady talked to me on the phone I know something would have been done to my food if I returned and got my correct order. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts for allowing this type of service! I understand some areas are not as good as others but your locations should all be the same when it comes to quality control and service. I will never return other than getting my money back on the way back home from work. I will be calling corporate to have them hear the recorded call of how their employees talk to customers.

This Dunkin doughnuts is the worst location. Every time I’ve gone they either don’t have anything or don’t make it right. I asked for three scoop sundaes, they charged me for it but it was only one scoop and they never even placed the correct lids!

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Constantly messing up my orders. Shorted my order this morning, and when I went in the gal behind the counter was rude and yelled at me like it was my fault for being upset I had to get my order corrected. Called back and asked for owner’s phone #. They’re supposed to call me with that………..still waiting…..
Avoid this place at all costs.

Stoping there often for a coffee. Not anymore, that is for sure. You get donuts for $1 with your coffee, but my friend today drink tea instead and could not get the discount. Service rep. or cashier was rude. People are not business oriented. She could not honor the 59 cent discount but rather lost every day customer. Amazing !!!

Order accuracy is only average, and they charge more than other Dunkin locations in the area for some items. On more than one occasion I have been shorted on the amount of espresso in my drinks.

Started going back to Dunkin recently as I work from home and live close by. The employees now are generally a lot better than they’ve ever been in the past.
They now have employees outside to expedite the line experience during busy hours which is great! Employees in drive thru are now pleasant and quick to fulfill order correctly.
Today I went and the people working drive thru were so sweet and offered tons of free samples for the new seasonal items. Was a Greta experience and I will def be back.

Place is SUPER busy in the mornings/weekends and the parking lot is too small to meet the demand, which causes issues since it’s off a busy road. Even when using mobile app to order, I’m constantly having issues where I discover items are missing from order, long wait times, or situations where I’m actually getting a HOT coffee that is luke warm or even sometimes completely cold. Cold food or food that doesn’t taste fresh, burnt Bagels… I could go on and on. Honestly the only reason I go here at all is because it’s 4 mins from my house and it’s on the way to the expressway.
