Its terrible now! This was my go to dunkin and its a crap show now. I ordered the new wicked matcha a large. I’ve had it 2 times so I know what it should taste like. I waited and was asked at the 2nd window did u need some thing else…. YEA MY DRINK!!! he rushed a drink over and it was half foam. Its just matcha…. even tho it says it has the other stuff in it, it def doesnt. But the issue is its half a drink. Im already on my train to work so i cant bring it back, but def disappointed again.
The drive up line is always insane now. And ive even gone inside. Its just as bad and no one is happy, no greets you, no one tells you the drink on the counter is yours. Its awkward.

We Regularly went once a week for a treat. Now prices got risen to a ridiculous price. But we still kept going.NO MORE its Thursday at 4:15 and we are telling all our friends not to go to this BR. A VERY small scoop that didn’t fill the cup and worse, my boyfriend found a LARGE chunk of ice that was at least 2 spoons fulls. He took it to the counter and instead of an apology was told “it’s only ice”. We are older and didn’t think of taking pictures. But our word of mouth NOT to go to this BR will cause some regulars like us NOT to go back. Also last month the flavor of the month was not available mid month! Instead, pumpkin came out early.

I usually go there for coffee no problem with that just that today I decided to get something to eat. Asked for American cheese … they clearly added the cheddar not what I wanted. and I was also charged for a hash brown that was suppose to be free. Aside from that the hash browns tasted liked they’ve been sitting for a while as well as the bacon super nasty. Disgusting .

Crispy crispy bacon like you have never gotten any where else I’m serious good bacon is hard to come by these days 5 STARS!! Don’t expect this glorious amount but my stars and garters was it actually cooked to perfection. Thank you soo much for breakfast !

I went in and payed 12 dollars for the new Dubai sundays and they gave it to me half empty I noticed they were low on the Dubai ice cream after I ordered they could have asked if we wanted any other kind of ice cream or something I mean 12 dollars for this is not worth it
