First of all Indian lady gives the worst of worst service, always rude with a horrible attitude. I had ask for a cup holder because I had purchased 3 drinks and she gives me the cup holder empty, her excuse was “a lot of coffee” and just slams the window.

I always have a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through. The lady at the speaker consistently has difficulty understanding my order, and I often receive the wrong items. When I bring up the issue, they make it seem like it’s my fault. Today, after I visited the Immediate Care, I crossed my fingers and hoped that the staff wouldn’t have my order mixed up. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong once again. I requested a simple order of half a dozen mixed donuts and a hibiscus hot tea, but they didn’t get it right. Here is a photo of what I received. Not sure what I just ingested.

Terrible service. They got my order wrong and I tried to tell them at the windows but the Indian lady was rude. Said it was my fault and they burnt my muffin and gave me a hard donut with no frosting. I asked for a hot coffee and the Indian lady gave me a cold one and didn’t apologize. She has the worst attitude. Do not come here.

I was very rudely yelled at this morning 9/12, for asking a question and for not giving the size of my drink right away. Please tell the old lady in the drive thru to be kinder. No one likes being yelled at 4 in the morning. I tried doing the survey for more details but the receipt given doesn’t work to give the survey.

They can’t get simple orders right. I had to drive in traffic back to the restaurant to get my missing item. DD mobile app is also pretty crappy and unfortunately the staff at this location no idea how to navigate it as well.
