This placed is great most of the time. Their coffee is a hit or a miss, when it’s good it gives me LIFE. However some days they give me a $4 cup of ice and very minimal coffee. The one time I brought up my concern they said they added coffee, but the cup I received back tasted like watered down coffee with less ice. Today I received a cup full of ice again and didn’t have the heart to speak up out of fear of getting watered down coffee… again. Well I do hope this review allows management to promote consistency in the way they serve coffee. I would also like to add that the staff could be a bit kinder and friendlier. I am always the one saying have a great day and I never hear it back!

The experience I have had at this Dunkin makes me very unhappy with Dunkin’ Donuts. All I got was a coffee with caramel/cream/sugar, I pulled away and took a huge swig of my supposed to be caramel coffee and it tasted like straight hazelnut. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience the woman at the drive thru was arguing with me that they discontinued hazelnut but it could have been French vanilla? She looks at the sticker, and emphasizes that it is caramel but I know what it is supposed to taste like. I will not be supporting this location, as the lack of customer service was incredible. Absolutely disgusting more like it. I’m not one to complain or to circle back but I treat myself to a coffee and expect it to be right.

It was a terrible experience..I usually go to a different DD, however, I decided to try something else..I had to repeat my order several times before the lady could understand me and I received the wrong order. I repeated the order by the window and she still gave me the wrong order. Asked her for a tray she gave me the tray and the three coffees separate. At this time I am frustrated and one of tje coffees fell insid3 the car…never again..

I get my wife coffee at Dunkin almost daily at either this one or the one a little further up 72. I got a $6 meal today and had called back when I made it home because they forgot the hashbrowns. When I called back they basically said that I was lying. Would not call and say I was missing something unless I was missing the item. Only after I said I would find somewhere else to regularly get my wifes coffee did they seem to budge. But if you want to accuse one of your regulars of being dishonest I think the business should go elsewhere anyway.

I love this location for my early morning coffee and breakfast sandwich, and, of course, a sweet treat! It’s so refreshing to be greeted with a smiling, friendly, and professional staff! Food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend. Also, recommend using the Dunkin donuts app..so user friendly.

I stop at this location often in the early evening on my way to a second job to get a pick-me-up drink. Every time I go through the drive-thru, the young lady taking my order is so friendly and helpful. There is another young lady who always hands me my drink who is also just so friendly. It’s positive and kind employees like these two young ladies that will make someone’s day! 🙂
