I ordered a chai latte and got a stale flavored coffee beverage. I can’t describe how terrible the taste was after expecting a hot sweet chai flavor. This isn’t the first time, just at a separate location. I’ve never had this issue at a Starbucks.

I always have an amazing experience when I walk in to pick up my order. Samantha and her crew are always very welcoming and provide excellent customer service to me and others. My orders are always correct at this location. Food comes out hot and quick. My strawberry dragon fruit green tea refresher is always delicious, never bitter. Sam, the manager, is typically here when i visit- she is super sweet and helpful. Today, I ate in here so i got to witness like 15 other orders inside the store. Everyone seemed happy. Sam greeted not only regulars but new comers with a smile and friendliness. I’m not in dekalb often but this absolutely is the Dunkin’ I’ll go to when out this way.

Don’t really drink coffee enough to own a coffee machine, even a cheap one. Well I went and got one anyway because every 2nd or 3rd time I come here my coffee is made wrong and/or I get the wrong donut. Last time I didn’t even leave the drive thru and noticed my coffee wasn’t right. They pulled me up to the front, made a fresh pot and gave me new cup… got home and donut was wrong. So before the new year I got a small coffee maker. Done with paying for stuff here and not getting it. You can keep the points. It’s coffee and donuts. Then they blame it on “new employees”… Well maybe try training them correctly and see how that works lol. You can keep all the points in the app its not even worth going there for free stuff at this point it’s that bad

Samantha is extremely helpful and very kind. She’s always fast with my order, and she makes sure the food is fresh and up to my standards and everyone else’s. I think she deserves a raise for all the hard work she puts into this place. The store is always clean as well and I love seeing a clean restaurant.

Everyone at this location is very, very nice. Not much waiting time at all. Great selection. Easy to get into because it’s on a corner. Right downtown, you could ride a bike, or walk. They have a little bit of a selection that you can buy cups mugs, coffee besides what you’re ordering.. excellent coffee, great munchkins.
