I went today and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). Highly recommend.

I’ve been waiting to hear back from Dunkin’ Corporate since I complained in late March.
Simply asked why the counter person would drop my iced donut upside down in the bag. I remarked that there must be a manual somewhere that instructs someone to place the donut with the topping Up as if you were ordering a pizza.
Cody, the manager, got in my face and told me that I can’t talk to his employees that way, to get out and never return.
So, here I am, just shy of 70 years old and feeling like a Thug! I finally got thrown out of some place. A younger me would have thought it’d be a bar or strip club, but no… it’s Dunkin’ in a gas station in Algonquin.
Now, when I crave a donut between naps and doctor’s appointments, I’ll go elsewhere.
Just curious if my lifetime ban is just for Algonquin? Or am I banned nationally? Just call me T Dawg

Four cars were in the drive-up, so we went inside to get the Halloween Munchkins Bucket on Sunday. Two people were in line. Only one young girl (Gracie) was working, but she was efficiently going back and forth between waiting on the drive-thru and the inside customers with a great attitude, no less. She apologized and said getting our bucket might take a few minutes because she was the only one working. We had no problem waiting and understood her situation. But we got the bucket quickly because she was very organized. She deserves a raise or bonus for doing that all on her own. Where was the manager? Poor girl should not have had to manage that all on her own.

Was told to use the monitor to order no biggie but the $6 Dunkin meal doesn’t work on the tablet or even scanning the app . Was charged almost $10 for a $6 meal , tried to explain to the fella at the counter but he didn’t understand

I went here, and they didn’t even have a single donut. What a clown show joke. Why even be open? Didn’t this used to be a donut shop? Dunkin is pure garbage, and this location is a joke they don’t even have anything to sell you besides terrible coffee.

I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour to get my drink!! How to take my kids to school and then end up being late because of Dunkin!! this Dunkin’ Donuts should never be understaffed. Why is there only one person working early in the morning when there should be at least two or three people working especially since the Dunkin’ Donuts is next to a gas station there’s gonna be a lot of people coming in and out. if I could do no stars, I would because this happens all the time. And high school students and people who work and they’re not even working a shift coming in and just taking his stuff, while the person who is working, is sitting here, struggling with all these people. This is not professional, and this is not how everything works.

If you use mobile ordering use caution ordering food after 7pm (or 1 hr prior to closing). They turn off the ovens very early. The app still allows the order to go through. The store cannot refund you if you order on the app.
Also if the store is out of something the app doesn’t recognize that and allows the order.
It’s extremely frustrating because the cannot process refunds!
Yesterday there was coffee grinds in my hot coffee!

Nice looking buiding externally & no lines BUT the inside is very disorganized.
Didn’t think much but when I took my 2 yr. Old to the washroom to wash him up after eating our chocolate donuts…disgusted. Before you walk up you can smell urine & bathrooms as a whole don’t like they’ve been cleaned in months! Although, nice workers if this is their mentality of cleanliness what does it say about the food & drinks we get from Dunkin?? Won’t go back

Mercedes, Ashley & Kesha are so wonderful to me, greeting me by my name :), I always go to that location every time I go to Dunkin’ Donut’s & see when I come into Dunkin’ on Randall Rd inside the Bp gas station. Hand’s down, greatest service ever!! Jonas, Mac, and Antonio are also wonderful to visit on the weekend!! Thank you everyone!! You’re work is appreciated!!
