the tatted up girl with an undercut was really rude. while we were saying our orders, she cut us off rudely and made us proceed to the window while we were talking. at the window when she handed our drinks, we clarified if it has all the customization that we added and she responded angrily with “i don’t know, ask him. he made your drinks” and slammed the window in front of us. they close really early too. 7:30 pm and they act as if we’re a burden to assist even though they close at 10 pm. really upsetting and ruined our day. if you don’t like your job, might as well just quit. i work at the food service industry too but we’re not as miserable as this girl is. I hope this attitude isn’t tolerated.

Place closes at 10PM, but they were already cleaning and the girl taking our order was rude and cut us off. Then I asked if there were two pumps of blueberry and vanilla because the receipt didn’t show it written down. Gave attitude and said she doesn’t know and to ask another person and closed the window on us. Why close early only to get pissy? Doesn’t make sense.

Why can’t every Dunkin’ Donuts be like this one? Outstanding service, hardly ever have to wait, and the staff that runs it really treats you the right way! The staff is sweet and kind and efficient! The man that runs it (Lupe) is an outstanding manager who cares about his job and takes care of me always! Thank you!!!!!

This is my usual Dunkin, they always make my lattes & coffee so good & my food how I like so this really took me back when I got a sausage & egg croissant & found a hair in my sandwich. It’s not my hair because I have dirty blonde plus it was literally inside the sandwich.

This place used to be good but recently the quality has SUCKED. Drinks are not made right, donuts are not the ones I ordered, sandwiches taste stale or are cold.
The staff seems to care more about the recent remodel and socializing more then creating decent product. They are often rude to my child when she tells them the pink donut with sprinkles and gets a chocolate frosted with no sprinkles.

Daily line, kid in the back on his phone, dirty, sticky, selection is sparse after noon. The door chimes are missing. Not a place to hang out with a laptop and work. Bathroom is also dirty and lock doesn’t work.

A sign on the window shows this location is open until 10, but after ordering coffee at 8:50, I was told I had to leave because they were cleaning. The person was extremely rude and told me, along with two other people that we had to leave. We showed the employee that the sign showed the lobby is open until 10, which is also consistent with what’s on the website. This is ridiculous and there’s no reason the employee had to be so rude.
