One of the better dunkin donuts around but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s dunkin donuts and they will screw up something even if it is from time to time. I ordered two avocado toast, one with bacon, one without. I knew that they were going to miss the bacon on one so I double checked it and sure enough they did. I ask the guy, he hands it to the lady, he hands back to me, I opened it to look and they put the smallest pittance of bacon on there and the toast is burnt. The guy at the window is just putting his hands up saying “it’s not me”

I had a really good experience at Baskin Robbins today. Meritza was super friendly and easy to talk to, and she made the whole visit feel comfortable. She was patient, helpful, and had a great attitude the entire time. Everything went smoothly, and the service honestly made the stop even better. The ice cream was great, but Meritza kindness and positive energy really stood out. I’d definitely recommend this location.

The service was absolutely amazing! The workers greeted me right when I walked in and that made my day. Although they got one of my items in my order wrong, they apologized and fixed it immediately. The food was great!!

Good morning, I was coming here every morning before 8:30 to pick up a hot Coffee with seven sugars and seven creams apparently every time I get my coffee, it is for sure not fresh because the coffee is never hot. It’s just warm and they always give me my coffee with no sugar. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and I return yesterday morning And the same thing happened. It seems like the employees are always in a rush to serve you.

When ordering, I specifically asked for oatmilk for my drink (I have an allergy!!) and my friend asked for decaf for his drink. He repeated it back to me but still gave me normal milk and my friend caffeinated coffee. We also got a cup of water that had pieces of paper in it.

I had a great experience at Baskin Robbins today. Mirza was extremely polite, patient, and helpful while serving me. I ordered the Mango and World Class Chocolate flavors, both were amazing, but the service made it even better. Mirza’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. I usually like Dunkin’, but the drive-thru at this location is painfully slow (one car in front of me, 15 minutes). The staff asked so many unnecessary questions that it ended up slowing down the entire line and got my order wrong! It didn’t feel like they valued the customer’s time at all. A quick coffee run turned into a long wait for something that should have been simple. Hopefully, they can streamline their process and improve efficiency.
