Someone on the morning shift needs refresher training in the proper packaging of orders. I didn’t order a chocolate frosted sasame bagel.

I came threw the drive thru…give my order notice they put small drink instead of large for 1 of the 2 large drinks I asked for….go to window…see one of the drinks is small tell lady I asked for 2 large drinks. Lady tells me that’s what I asked for. I tell her ….how can you tell me what I want. Gave me the coffee…taste just like water…ridiculous and the donuts were old as hell! Won’t be returning. Poor service!

Not only they get the order wrong but they give u nasty drinks when they make it wrong. Never going here again. I go there almost every morning they give me only bread when I ask for avocado toast they barely put any avocado. And my cold brew is never made right. It’s disgusting. And it drops in my car because they don’t care and don’t give any customer service.

There was a few people in front of me in line but I had to wait half hour to get to order, there were only two servers and they were more focused on drive-thru orders but can’t blame them, I think management should get more personnel in order to keep up with demand.
