Ordered over the phone two bacon egg & cheese bagels. Got home home and NO bacon on either. We called to let them know. HE blamed it on us because we didn’t specify bacon. That’s how it’s made WITH bacon. Spoke to the guy awhile took the order. He didn’t apologize or offer any type of compensation. Terrible customer service

I go to this location at least three times a week, and although it can be busy sometimes in the morning depending on the time, the wait is no longer than a Starbucks would be. The drive through line is kind of a nightmare with people funneling in from two ways though. I’ve never gotten a wrong order. My food has always been cooked well. The staff seem nice enough.

I ordered a medium hot coffee with a bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. I was handed a small hot coffee which I then questioned why I was given a small. The employees very rudely claimed that I was given a medium coffee and then showed me what the small cup was (which was an extra small at every single other location). The employee continued to get very loud and demanding when I was just trying to double check they did not make a mistake because I could see what is a normal medium and large cup behind the counter. The sandwich I order was not even cooked, the cheese was not even melted at all and it was cold. Sadly this is not the first time I have had a bad experience with the employees at the location being very rude, demanding and extremely argumentative.

I was excited to visit this new location, but my experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow ! I waited about 15 minutes just to place my order. They seem to be understaffed and could definitely use more personnel.

I go their often and noboady seems to know how make a iced moca latte and on top of that the service their takes forever.. also have ordered a large sized iced latte before and they seem to half fill it up.. it feels like i pay for a large but by the time I drink it felt like medium size drink.. something has to change here cause I always see it busy and people waiting for half hour or so for drinks and or food..

This location is awful. The food & coffee at this location is horrible. Workers are extremely rude. When I went today, the lady working the window carelessly through my change back at me and half of it fell onto the ground. So while trying to get my order from her, I also had to reverse my car and pick up the money she threw at me. She didn’t apologize or anything. The coffee was made so strong, and sandwich was basically a crossaint with a piece of bacon and an egg and my grandma’s hot chocolate was cold. $14 for nothing.
