Terrible customer service. No greeting or May I help you. The staff stares at you as if they are doing you a favor. I ordered a coffee with cream and Splenda and a bagel with veggie cream cheese.

Went in this morning to grab breakfast, it was around 8:30am, the service was very slow. For a Dunkin, the whole thing took way too long. Third in line and I ordered one bagel and I must have been in there for 15 mins. The bagel had barely any cream cheese on it and this is the second time this happened. Thank you for charging me $4.10 for a toasted bagel.

I ordered delivery from this location. Now i know full well it was not the grub hub driver that messed up my order, but the store. I provided a picture to show they did not get the order correct. yes 4/6 were correct. the 2 that should have just been chocolate frosted had sprinkles, try explaining that to a little one waiting for something else that was ordered.

Just left – terrible service. The cashier took my order and scanned my Dunkin app and then the register stopped working. I was on a time crunch so I asked to cancel my order. She said that it wasn’t possible to cancel/refund me and rolled her eyes at me when I asked why. I ended up paying but not recovering any coffee.Very upset 🙁

It was ok. They need to learn how to make a matcha latte properly. They add too much milk. It tastes like a milkshake rather than green tea. Not the cleanest location. But what do you expect for a gas station.

I go back for her to fix it because I pay for something I’m gonna drink Atleast I should like it, when I got in she keeps telling me she did it how she was supposed to with an attitude, after she accused me me of being mean n having an attitude, so I told her I wasn’t showing attitude n then ask for her name n she refused to give me her name after I asked again n she kept ignoring me after I said it the last time she said her name is Maria n then i asked for her last name n she said very rudely to not worry about her last name to just worry about her first name then continued to ignore me, terrible business

They will take your order, then make up a new one to give to you. I’m pretty sure they have handed me drinks that don’t even technically exist on the menu. I ask for tea, and get a chocolate coffee of some sort. Or maybe they just forget to give me my hash browns and charge me twice.
