You know I let things slide when it’s bad the first time, second time but when it’s bad consistently, I have to warn people.
The coffee has expired taste and they don’t even make it right. I get SOMETIMES you make a mistake but when it’s CONSISTENT, you wonder. I couldn’t even go back to return because I don’t live around here. Luckily for me, the Dunkin next to my place is great.

Very disappointed. I placed my order on their app app around 4:50 am. When I arrived it was closed. Their website does say they open at 4:30 am. There is no getting back my money on the app. I did stay until 5:00 am waiting. Other customers drove up disappointed

Filthiest bathroom in town. Restaurant was not mopped and cleaned. Rusted unpainted tables outside. Service was prompt and the lemonade was refreshing. !

The staff here are always so friendly and wonderful. I stop in several times a week and they know who I am by now. My drinks are always perfect. Sometimes the other customers are being complete jerks and the staff simply do not deserve that. I came here to say thanks and I see y’all

First time customers at this location. The cashier Alexis and staff working at 10:30am-11:00am at this location lack communication. We ordered sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches , if they did not have the sausage ingredient they should have told us that right away, so we could order different items. The problem was the cashier didn’t have full focus on us, or what we said because he was looking at his Apple Watch! Both sandwiches were prepared without the sausage ingredient, and no we didn’t ask them to remove it. Someone wasn’t listening.. We ordered a hot coffee but it was cold. My iced coffee was great! But my husband ordered a hot coffee, key word; hot! If there’s no steam, if it’s not fresh, make it again. We told them, they understood and they fixed the cold coffee. I hope this is a good teaching moment for staff! Have a good day!

Only posting because this isn’t the first time this has happened. I almost always order via the mobile app. And every single time, they don’t complete the order. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait in line to tell them what they missed?! And when I got home, they made my drink incorrectly. I asked for extra syrup and oatmilk. My drink was super bland and not creamy at all. Terrible. Don’t go to the Higgins Dunkin Donuts.

Young kid with tattoos on neck with curly hair got very rude and violent in front of my granddaughter today about 1 hour ago. Very rude . My granddaughter wanted to taste the ice cream and the young man wanted me to pay for the ice cream first telling me that it’s a store and you pay first very rude and very unprofessional will not be coming back ever again to the store in the future when he does go to a professional business job. I hope he does not treat the business or customers that way ever again he should lose his job
