Ordered drinks and one was bitter and sour and unable to even drink. The other was watery and dark and my other one was basically all creamer. This has been happening too often this hasn’t, been the first time. Tried calling the number and no one answers. Staff is often unfriendly.

Please mix matcha well! 3rd time ordering a matcha and it still wasn’t mixed. The powder was all at the bottom 🙁 no other issues with coffee, etc. just the matcha

I went through the drive thru and was rushed/cut off when I spoke, when I got up to the window he gave me my food and I realized it wasn’t everything I ordered so I went inside. I told him he didn’t give me everything and his response was “that’s not what u ordered”. No way of trying to make it or fix the issue made on his end. My avocado toasted wasn’t even warmed up and the bread was hard! Shitty customer service!!!!

I’ll start by saying this, I always do enjoy the coffee when I go there and the service can be a hit or miss, depending on which employee is there. I’ve met some very kind, hardworking ones and some, not so much. There is an older guy that works in the afternoons (only time of day I’ve seen him) and he is EXTREMELY RUDE. He rushes you and gets annoyed when you ask for more than one thing. Alright, whatever.
Now, to the reason I decided to finally write this review, was based off of a drink I got today (3/12/25) for my son. He asked me for a lemonade and so, we stopped by. First of all, a small lemonade was $4. What I got, tasted like store bought lemon juice mixed with dirty dish water. I was appalled at how disgusting it was. I felt so bad for my kid after trying it myself. The audacity to charge that much for a small just to have it taste like garbage. I’ll be going to a different location from now on. Highly disappointed.
Dishonorable mention: This Dunkin has one of the most bizarre drive thru’s I’ve ever seen.

Went to order for my family and this older lady with glasses and a blue shirt took our order. Off the bat she was very rude and kept saying “oh my gosh” when I told her my ordered. At one point, we were ordering a half a dozen of donuts and when we told her our last donut, she had her back to us and ignored us. She was especially annoyed when I couldn’t figure out how to pay with my app. When I asked her for help she just walked away from the register. Luckily I figured it out and by that time, she came back and scanned my code. Very upsetting, this is the closest dunkin to us otherwise I don’t think we would come back.

Terrible customer service. I ordered black coffee with a few ice cubes and a few donuts via drive through. Got a coffee with no ice and one donut. No napkins. Drove there again. She said: you ordered one – charged me for another one. No apology- nothing. Just like get your food and get out of here.
