After a grueling Uber shift, I stopped by Dunkin’ for a quick pick-me-up, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking a moment to ask how I was doing, which really brightened my evening. I ordered just a small coffee, and after paying, I requested a cup of water—no hassle at all. It’s refreshing to receive such top-notch service even for a simple order. I am in the area and needed an iced coffee. The drive thru taker was a guy. He didn’t tell me my total. Ok. Then I get to the window, he’s holding my iced coffee and was taking my money. He told me the total with my coffee and straw holding on. Then he takes the money while the window is closing. Ok, it closed. It didn’t close on my hand. But you know what he turned and closed the window on me. No receipt or asking if I want it but to not say, HAVE A GOOD DAY. That I have a problem with. You just took my money and you’re rude to me. That’s not nice.

This location is pretty close to us, but I’ve rarely gotten the chance to go until today because we don’t take Rand road very often. We did a mobile app order and everything was ready for us when we approached the window and the staff was very friendly. We have frequented other locations in the nearby area before and have never had such great service at Dunkin. We will be making this location our regular Dunkin. Thanks for the great service!

I encountered a frustrating situation when trying to order a vanilla bean Coolatta, only to be informed that they don’t offer any Coolatta-related items. After showing a picture from the app at the window, I was asked to drive around and reorder, despite there being no line and the location not being busy. Even after paying for my drink and being directed to wait at the front of the building, I still received the wrong order. Unfortunately, this experience reflects poorly on the staff’s attentiveness and efficiency, and I would not recommend visiting this location.

Dunkin’ Donuts is what it is. The coffee is pretty cheap compared to mom and Pop places. It’s pretty good and the donuts are really cheap too and pretty darn good quality. It’s definitely the place. I would take kids if you’re in Glenview there’s a dip and sip donut place the donuts are Like 100% better and bigger but they are two or three times the cost of one donut and then there’s a famous donut shop that they built inside Mariano‘s again twice as expensive, maybe three times more expensive but a lot better and then there’s a place called Joe donut right by the train station in Glenview. It’s only open till like 11 and they run out of stuff really good oh my gosh four times maybe five times more expensive than Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m talking like four dollars $6.07 dollars a doughnut $50 for a dozen but they are huge. I mean half the size of a shoebox like three or four different layers like 30 things on one donut they’re crazy. I’m guessing one of their donuts is like oh my gosh, like 1300 cal tremendously tremendously better but oh my God like enormously more expensive. So for your quick stop of a dozen donuts and some coffee Dunkin’ Donuts is the best place in Glenview.

Due to its proximity, I frequent this location a lot. It has a tendency to get orders wrong when placed through the app. Missing items, entirely wrong items, and sometimes additions on items that weren’t requested. If you come here, walk in.
