I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the quality and consistency just aren’t improving. My coffees often arrive half full, and when they’re not, they’re overly sweetened to the point of being undrinkable. I’ve also received the wrong items more than once, and on other occasions, items were simply missing from my order.
The most frustrating part is that the staff doesn’t seem equipped to handle even basic requests. Whether it’s lack of training or poor communication, the level of incompetence has made each visit more disappointing than the last.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location until significant improvements are made.

Person at counter told me there was no midnight roast when he’d just poured one for another customer after presenting a digital coupon for it. Gave me something i didn’t want and didnt want to get fixed due to needing to get back to work. Really got to listen to customers better. Wasnt even a rush there was literally no one there and I went past 5pm.

Went to the drive thru to place an order. This was on 2/20/26 around 6:30 am. When I had pulled up to the window there was no one behind until maybe half a minute and a car was behind me. I pulled up and I took probably a minute or two to look at the menu to decide what I wanted to order. During that time the cashier, I believe her name was Dulce, was extremely rude, asked me multiple times “are you ready? Are you ready?” I politely kept telling her I just need one second. She gave me attitude and said I need to hurry up and order because there are cars behind me and I holding up her line. Keep in mind I was at the drive thru for 2 minutes, no longer than that. Her tone was extremely rude and never had I had a cashier at a drive thru tell me to hurry up and order because I am holding up the line. I wasn’t holding up any line either. Very awful customer service, if you don’t know how to talk to customers and be polite then you shouldn’t be working in this business. I’ve worked in a restaurant for 7 years and have never talked like this to my customers. Extremely unprofessional.
On top of that, food was not good, bagel was very stale and hard, hash browns tasted like they were undercooked, and the refresher I ordered tasted weird also.
Never coming back to this location
And seeing the other reviews, I’m glad I’m not the only one that has had a bad experience here.

I gave this type place five years worth of chances. It’s just inconvenient to go anywhere else, but now after you touch my donut with your bare hand, you put it in a hash brown bag in your hand it to me! You are the manager this parties over you people are the most unsanitary restaurant I’ve ever seen, and I am calling the health department. How do you put donuts in a hash brown bag and hand it to people? You raise your prices you don’t give no more discount you and you tell the seniors too bad they don’t have to honor any discount. Believe me this has nothing to do about $.30 off a cup of coffee. This has everything The employee is not wearing gloves and touching my donut with your bare hands, and then hand it to me. I highly recommend using gloves and putting food in bags.

Not impressed with this location – the donuts I’ve tried here a few times, and the donuts are never fresh they taste hard and stale from the night or two before.
The vanilla coolata drink was alright.
Only thing I enjoyed was the outdoor patio and the music they play outside.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Long time customer at various locations and this location is the #1 worst one. Didn’t even get treated like a customer. Didn’t bother to fix the messed up drink. Ordered 2 of the same drink and one coffee was so much lighter in color than the other. Did not even taste like coffee. Esteffani who I assume took my order and the other women who made the drink was just uncalled for attitude. If you know how to make the drink as you said then maybe you should get your eyes checked because that is not how you make a caramel macchiato.
Update: contacted corporate and in an email was told id get a call from the manager in which i did and she told me to stop by and get a refund for the incorrect drink that was made aa i told her i work and would stop by on the weekend. So i stopped by on Saturday because she told me to go through the drivethru and explained that im here for my refund and this person seemed confused. i explained that the manager at this location told me to get mt refund for the wrong drink made for me. She told me to pull up and i showed her the email and she comes back with another drink…..I asked for a refund like 3 times. This is the worst location in the world. I don’t understand the management that works here just complete INCOMPETENCE and needs to learn how to make lattes. As you can see in the first photo which cup is just milk and syrup and in the second photo is how it should look like. Like make a latte that taste like coffee and not just milk and syrup…
