WE LOVE OUR DUNKIN’!!! Vlka, Dipeexa, Brian and everyone always have great customer service and a smile at 617 FRONT ST, MCHENRY IL. They make our morning or afternoon BRIGHTER, depending on the time of day we frequent. The Mango/Pineapple Refresher and Roasted Pepper Wrap are delicious and a GREAT start to my day! ❤️ ♀️ ☀️

Went to Dunkin this morning and Bobbi who was taking drive thru orders is extremely rude! I tried to repeat my order because I couldn’t understand her and she rudely said I got it and to move forward. Pulled up to the window to a very nice girl and Bobbi was making my coffee and gave me a dirty look. I don’t know who she is or what her deal is but she’s extremely rude!!

Excellent service with excellent food!!! I bought the $6 meal deal which included my drink, bacon egg cheese bagel (or I could have gotten a croissant) and hashbrown (6). They had another deal so I even got donuts for breakfast tomorrow. It was fresh, flavorful and definitely better than what I normally get. I will be back for sure!!!

Walked to this Dunkin this morning and the staff here overall is great! They work really hard to keep the establishment clean. Jennifer made this experience stand out by her great customer service skills! I ordered a tropical guava refresher with green tea and it was delicious! Would recommend this location.

So i decided to make this review for this Dunkin Location was because i went to this location on Friday October 10th 2025 and this is was my first time going to this location too and when i try to get a morning breakfast i order my fresh coffee and 1/2 donuts and what it make my day that morning was the employee was very polite and have me an excellent service what make my day was when i bought 1/2 dozen donuts i never had anyone heat the 1/2 dozen donuts before and i was so excited when i got an excellent service so i want to recognize the whole team at this location for the best excellent service and specially the one who heat the donuts that make my day…..

Listed here while passing through town bathrooms smelt disgusting like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Ordered a large cold brew with sweet foam and I swear it’s a medium in a large cup (see photo attached) will not be visiting again.
