It’s a good Dunkin’ location
It’s conveniently located inside the lake forest oasis and has a drive thru on the northbound side going towards Wisconsin.
Employees here are somewhat friendly.
The food is somewhat good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unexpected Gem on the Road!
While traveling across states, I took a chance and exited the expressway looking for a quick bite. I pulled into a strip of fast food spots that looked a little questionable at first—but Dunkin’ Donuts caught my eye with its convenient drive-thru, so I gave it a shot.
I ordered the $6 meal, which came with 6-piece seasoned hash browns ( ), a bacon, egg & cheese bagel (I requested mine without bacon and added strawberry jelly), and a medium iced coffee.
To my surprise, everything was absolutely delicious. I love my food well done, and they made it just the way I like it! The hash browns? Let’s just say they didn’t stand a chance.
The staff was kind, attentive, and super efficient. Honestly, from the photos it may not look like much—but trust me, the flavor was on point.
Value for the dollar: 10/10
Customer service: 10/10
Taste: 10/10

I ordered a large chai latte with whole milk and the first one I got was ice cold. They remade it and gave me only warm milk nothing else no chai at all.. Very frustrating and after I waited 15mins in the drive thru. (I was the only person in line…)

The customer service is bad. I placed my order in time but my coffee and my wife ice tea didn’t taste right at all. My coffee didn’t have anything that I add extra to it and my wife ice tea was just ice and taste like water. What is the point to have staff who isn’t going to do their job right as customer service but not just that the drinks don’t taste right. We were on the road and don’t have time to turn around to ask for it to be done right – when it should have been done right the first time. I don’t think it’s a lot to ask for! You need better people working there and do the orders right. Don’t come here if you want your drinks not to taste what you ordered!

I’m coming out of work and I wanted something to eat real quick they took at least five minutes to respond to the drive-through intercom. No one responded. I had to say hello a couple of times even honked once after for like five minutes they finally responded. I ordered a sandwich hashbrowns and then they told me to come to the window. I was not done ordering And just said oh OK so then I’m waiting at the window for another five minutes. No one is opening the window to take my money and after five minutes again they finally come by and I told them I wasn’t done with my order. I wanted to order a drink. The two young girls look at each other smile And one of them even rolls her eyes once again they didn’t greet me. They didn’t say good afternoon good evening none of that sort even when I left they didn’t even say. Have a good day.

There was a red-haired girl working there. She saw us, but didn’t come over right away. She finished what she was doing first, which is fine—I’m not saying she shouldn’t do her job. That’s not the issue. But she could’ve at least said hello or something.
We ordered coffee, and she didn’t say a word. She just brought the coffee, and even when we said thank you, she still didn’t say anything. Not a single word—nothing good, nothing bad, just nothing.

We did a drive through just now and paid for 3 coffees and one soft drink, they gave us 2 coffees (that tasted absolutely disgusting by the way) and our soft drink, and they just left and we stood there for 5 MINUTES, yelled HELLO a few times, they definitely heard us because we could hear and sometimes see them right there and they were just laughing in the back. We could see them just chatting there!!! We want our money back at least for the coffee we waited for and never got!! These people cannot provide service and they cannot even make a decent coffee!!

Worst dunkin ive been to. The younger hispanic short girl thats there in the mornings alwayssss walks around with an attitude! Even after she takes foreverrrrrrr to make our orders. Right of the bat you can feel the bad energy from her snd that place.
