This location is AMAZING. I had ordered from DoorDash, they accidentally made my order wrong, to apologize they offered my order for free to fix, when I declined they gave me a few free donuts. Such a small gesture and definitely did NOT expect it but their kindness did not go unnoticed. Extremely kind staff worker I talked to on the phone. Good job Dunkin!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Reminds me of the getto part of Chicago….. stood there for 5 min, cleared my throat and said “excuse me”, employee saw me, I saw her and didn’t bat an eye for another 5 min…. so I didn’t get my drink from DD. Traveling, already behind didn’t help. Short staffed????? But even the discount on the cigarettes, their add says 2.20 after 2 packs but got 1.20, because employees are not allowed to take down any advertising…. even if they don’t honor the advertisement, what she said…

Went through the drive thru and ordered a few things plus this turkey sausage wake up wrap. They said the food wasn’t ready so I had to park and wait. Waited about 7 minutes and then got home and this was my wrap. Why would you serve this to someone. The cheese is no longer cheese it’s completely burnt and gone and the tortilla is hard as a brick, almost like a chip now. So disappointing.

Come here at 7:40pm to get coffee and they tell me they dont have coffee because they’re closing. In 20 minutes. Really? Google says you close at 10 but says other people suggest you close at 8, which is it? Why are you not having coffee during business hours? Isn’t coffee your most purchased product? Worst Dunkin ever

My coffee was not as good as everyone hyped it up to be, it didn’t taste like what I ordered and it had basically no flavor, the person working at the time didn’t seem like they even knew anything about coffee and didn’t answer the questions with the right answers. This was my first time getting something at Dunkin and I don’t think I’m going to get anything ever again.

Young lady was very nice but I asked for my coffee to be extra sweet and I go to drink it and it was like drinking salt… she poured almost a cup of raw sugar into my ice coffee so it was very unpleasant and that threw me off. Maybe more clarification next time
