Ordered the usual toasted bagel with cream cheese. Toasted Bagel could’ve been toasted. It was chewy and veggie cream cheese was sour. Ordered orange vanilla donut. Got vanilla long join instead. Once I informed, it was swapped out quickly. The donut itself was yummy – tasted like an orange Creamsicle.

This is not the first time I’ve encountered this!!! They put their phone near the cash register and scan the points on their Dunkin’ app ((((covering it with an advertising brochure near the cash register. This is not the first time I’ve noticed this, the staff does it in turn!!! I feel sorry for Dunkin’, which has such a person!!!!

I go to Dunkin every day to get an iced latte. I live closer to this location but don’t go because they purposely short the espresso so that I will have to buy an upgrade shot. It’s insulting for me to have to remind them, “look at the picture! The milk shouldn’t be white.”

The baristas don’t know how to follow simple written directions. In my orders (one order, 2 parts), I ordered 2 drinks, a bagel with cream cheese, and loaded tots. The drinks were double checked by me, oatmilk for both, whipped cream for one, upon receiving them, they both looked black and neither had whipped cream. If they did not have whipped cream available, they should have said that at the speaker/window. The bagel said cream cheese on side, they put the cream cheese directly on the bagel. The loaded tots only half filled the container (taste good though). Disappointed and unpleasantly surprised.
I have gone back a couple times since the visit mentioned above and have received a variety of different service qualities. The morning shift is rushed and sounds like it’s run by 2-4 Hispanic ladies. I ordered through the speaker this time instead of over the app. When ordering I forgot to tell them the size of coffee I wanted and they never asked, they just told me to pull forward. I received a small. They also asked me to repeat my order about 4 times but never confirmed it verbally with me. Night shift however, is very nice and usually gets everything correct. (I don’t go before work very often, I usually go after I get off work.)

Today was the last time to give this place any more business. It’s managed by what looks like a sixteen year old high school kid and a crew to match. Bought a coffee and the cup and lid can’t seem to stay tight enough to be leak proof. Drive back and ask who’s going to clean up the interior of my car , the manager tells me it’s not their fault the lids don’t seal. That tells me they knew. I have had several bad experiences here already and it’s enough. I had to ask them for a refund. She gave me back the money while snickering and laughing with the other slumber party goers. They also don’t know who owns the place. They will soon. Good riddance.

I ordered the munchkin box. A lot of my doughnuts were stale and hard. I’m confused because it was about 8 o clock in the morning. Taste like they say out in the air. Doughnuts are not meant to be crunchy. My churro cold brew tasted ok.
