A nice stop along a busy road. They weren’t too busy around 1pm when stopped, but did take over 10min to get two drinks (not the best communication from staff). Drinks were good and cashier was friendly.

I went in the evening on tuesday the 20th and the service i received was really upsetting. I wanted to order a cake and the lady in the front just pointed and said “Theres the sheet , fill it out” she then turned her back and got on her phone. I already felt she was being rude but carried on. I looked at the sheet and some things were confusing and I wanted to get the best cake for my grandkid so I went back to the front and there was no one there. I waited for about 5 minutes before I heard laughter on the other side and when I went there I asked one of the girls for help, and they all said “I dont know how to do that” and one of them walked away. No one wanted to help me, its like I was being ignored. Finally, I gave up and simply asked them, if the other dunkin donuts down the street also did customized cakes, they just said, “yea I think so” After that I just left, I went in the store for help to order a cake because doing it online was more confusing. I didnt get help, and will now take my business elsewhere.

Typical Baskin-Robbins Dunkin’ donuts but with very friendly staff helpful staff good variety and on-site cooking and baking facilities. Kind of a scary corner where it’s located on the southwest there of that intersection but otherwise consistently great service and product for decades.

They screwed order up 2 days in a row. Muffin ended up a dry pile of crumbs. Coffee given w top not on properly. Not sure of they understand English. Dunkin perk app takes my money download but doesn’t work for perks app sucks customer service too. going back to Starbucks
