I’ve never left a review before, but this has happened to me multiple times at this location, and I’m honestly not sure why I keep coming back.
I ordered a medium iced matcha latte, and the cup was almost completely filled with ice literally about 95% ice, almost to the lid. I took maybe 3–4 sips through the straw, and the drink was basically gone already

Great staple spot with great consistency. Love ordering my everything bagels with veggie cream cheese and this location is NOT stingy with the cream cheese. Love it! Also cold brew is very smooth and I will always plug Dunkin cold brew over Starbucks

On top of that, I am very suspicious of their hygiene practices. The place looks filthy, the food handling is careless, and the overall sanitation is far below acceptable standards. I honestly cannot understand how this business is even allowed to operate under such conditions. It is absolutely disgusting and a serious health risk for customers.
I personally hope this place replaces by other ones. I am so disappointed with why this people are working here year and year.

Don’t ever order online from here, it’s a scam. You’ll pay almost double $ more per item, not including any online ‘fees’. Everything is inflated cost compared to the in-store/drive thru menu for no reason

Awful experience at this Dunkin, my order was wrong I told the manager and he requested to be fixed by his employee and the lady that was making the sandwiches was angry because I claimed for the right sandwich. She Took forever and was deliberately making me wait, the manager asked this employee why was my sandwich not ready since I was waiting for it, she yelled at the manager and said he has to wait… I got upset and told the manager that her behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional talking like that in front of me… Please Stay Away since is clearly personnel at this branch do whatever they want and the manager is allowing this behavior.

I live 3 mins away. Everytime I come here my food and coffee isn’t made right. They rush you thru your order, just rush in general even when you order online which I do often they mess it up. Im just going to drive to the hunt club location.
