Every time I stop by to buy something, everyone is soooo friendly.
The coffees are well-made and even when the drive-thru is busy, they still serve the ” pretty and delicious” coffee.
I love the staff’s attitude, especially the lady you pay at the drive-thru.
The place is clean and with variety always.
Honestly, I wasn’t a Dunkin’ Donuts fan, but this place makes me come back at least twice a week.

Extremely unsanitary and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’.
The restroom was overflowing with dirty wastewater coming out of the toilet, creating a serious health hazard. The entire floor was contaminated and the smell was unbearable.
I had an emergency and politely asked the employees if another restroom could be opened. I even offered to pay if needed, but they refused and said no other bathroom could be opened.
No customer should have to deal with such unsafe and unhygienic conditions. This location seriously needs better management and immediate attention to sanitation.

Stopped by late tonight for some food was working late and having a bad day and wasn’t paid for the work in full and Hussein was great and gave me good words of advice and was quick with service and even wished me the best of luck. Ended up making my night compared to the rough scenario I was having. There is still great customer service out there thank you Hussein!!!

The timing says it closes at 10, but they just closed at 9:45 itself and the server was an old man with glasses and was not in a mood to even serve an I went through the drive-through if you guys don’t wanna even serve the customer then it’s better to close the store

Dunkin at Glenview 1750 Milwaukee Ave, they have superb staff especially SABA and NITYA both were outstanding when it comes to handling customers when i was in store the store it was so busy they were just two of them handling drive thru and front, though it was so busy customers left delightfully without waiting in long queues, both deserves award for the best customer service and for there support their manager FARIDA stood like a pillar managing the store , kudos team way yo go, amazing job

Every time I visit this Dunkin’, I’m rushed to order, and they consistently mess up my orders. This time, I was even rejected from scanning my Dunkin’ app and didn’t receive my points because the worker kept refusing to scan it before I paid. So, I paid, and she still got one of my orders wrong. SAVE. YOUR. MONEY.

I bought donuts and a drink, and a friend had purchased ice cream. I asked for a couple cups of water and they had said that the tap water is not free. Last I checked, in America, food establishments are required to offer tap water to patrons.
